  Mr. Willis We appreciate your business and you coming to us for your home repairs through a satisfied customer referral. To answer your complaints, you signed a contract with MRN on January 15, 2020 and you initiated a storm damage claim through your insurance provider. By signing a contract with us, you, at the time of signature, agreed that all insurance proceeds, including your deductible, are placed towards a full replacement of your damage roof. The contract you signed was reviewed in detail and has a cancellation clause allowing you a 3 day period where you can choose not to proceed with MRN Contracting. That cancellation clause is on it's own page requiring an additional signature and acknowledgement that you understood the cancellation policy and time period. On insurance claims, our company works for the insurance scope & proceeds based on what the insurer evaluates the replacement cost value to be, as stated in the contract you signed. And with insurance claims, as explained to you in depth by your project manager, price shopping for the lowest estimate to profit $4,000 by hiring a cheaper contractor (as stated on your review above) on your roofing claim is, by definition, insurance fraud by both parties. And unfortunately, MRN Contracting's business, and license, depends on us doing things properly and by the law - even if that means an unhappy customer because we cannot be accompany to insurance fraud. Lastly, MRN is licensed and insured, using only the best quality materials on the market. And to address your assessment of the warranties - you have installed on your roof, and the warranty certificate you received reflects this, a 40 year limited lifetime warrantied shingle, not 10. We installed a full protection system and roof components not covered by your insurance, which is above and beyond the insurance scope of work and what we were paid for. Thank you

  I used MRN in 2018 after a hail storm hit my area. I had been in the construction industry my whole life so I looked at their quality vs the other 6 companies working in my neighborhood and found MRN was the best. I went with MRN and not only was the quality amazing but the whole process of them handling everything including all the insurance part of the project was incredible, so much so I chased the project manager from my project for a couple months to get an interview so i could try to work for MRN, my diligence paid off and I started working for them in August of 2018 and have been with them almost 4 years and I don't plan on ever leaving them. I love and take pride in what I do with MRN helping our clients during their time of need and fighting for them when necessary to get their property fixed after a disaster. Not only am I an employee, i'm also a client!

  hurricane sally did a number on my roof., jennifer and her husband help out every step of the way, from emails text to phone calls even dealing with insurance. the works showed up worked fast both on time and very polite, small stuff you know waved and said hi to the wife and kids ext. best part i can't even tell any one was even in my yard after they left. paying was all done on line fast and simple. i can't say enough about these guys its nice to have a brand new roof over my head!!!

  David Mayo and his crew showed up and showed out for an amazing remodel for our home! He was even able to negotiate mixed metal/premium shingle placement, new gutters, and upgraded facia to complete the job. Highly recommend!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  In 2017 we had a new roof installed along with new 6 inch brown gutters. We are now selling our house and the home inspector for the buyer had an issue with one small piece of the flashing. They promptly came out and took care of the issue. They give very good service and I would recommend them to anyone needing a roof or gutters. Thank you!

  Michael Sasso with MRN contracting was referred to me by my insurance agent. He came out to inspect my roof. He was through and professional. He even assisted me with filing a claim. He was there every step of the way, even met with my adjuster. Michael went above and beyond for me. I am very pleased with the service and quality.

  Great company to work with - from beginning to end 100% customer focused and highest customer service level - David Mayo is providing a great customer service and can only recommend working with him !   From the start of the process of picking the shingle to the final shingle being installed, working with Michael Sasso and MRN was great. Michael communicated and checked on us through the entire process. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new roof to get in contact with MRN and request Michael to oversee the project.
