Stop offering “free estimates” at houses with clear no soliciting signs posted. Door-to-door marketing is no longer viable, especially in a city that doesn’t allow soliciting without a permit.

Hi Brian, thanks so much for leaving your thoughts! We apologize about your situation. We are glad to say that we never charge, or solicit, for any of our estimates or our inspections, and they are always complimentary on us. We try and help our community by offering free inspections to make sure there are no issues to any roofs that some homeowners may not know about. We will do a better job of explaining that in the future to make sure no issues like this happen again!

We had a great experience with Moose Roofing and highly recommend them. Eli was very professional and courteous and responded promptly when contacted. He worked with us to devise a plan for our roof replacement, which used a type of metal shingle that he had not previously used. The crew did a fantastic job on replacing our roof, and they were meticulous about cleanup.

We had an inspection that came back that the roof was in good shape there was just a couple minor cosmetic repairs that needed done. Eli, the owner came out and handled it personally and for a fair price. We would recommend them the any roof work. Very professional and stand up guy.
