  These people cold called my phone today and were very rude. They told me they do a lot of things they shouldn’t do.

  JJ Roofing apparently doesn't tell their employees what "No Soliciting" signs mean. Had my day interrupted by an employee who walked past one sign on the way to my front door and another sign on the door itself.

  The worst experience I've ever had. They were horrible at communicating once we agreed to use their company. No communication, very long response time, no clear time line on fixing the roof or other issues. The roofers drank beer on the job, chipped paint off of the house/gutters, didn't do a great install. They damaged the inside of the house and couldn't explain how that happened. They forgot to do the shed and then came back, did a very quick and horrible job. Never finished the remainder of the work, destroyed part of our siding with roofing nails to put up a tarp that shouldn't have been put up in the first place. At the end of everything all they did was apologized for doing a horrible job and for poor communication. They blamed our experience on them being too busy. Do yourself a favor and call a different company. Choosing this company was a horrible decision and they didn't even help with the insurance part of this. You will regret working with them.

  Good communication and good work -- They genuinely cared about our business and didn't pressure us into using their company to replace our roof. It was very quick from when we signed the contact to completion of the project.

  Anthony Keller was great to work with and the crew did an awesome job completing the new roof in the same day and cleanup far surpassed my expectations. They also completed some wood damage repair as well. Great job guys, everything looks great!

  We had a hailstorm in March of 2026. I started working with Anthony in May. He expertly walked me through the process and helped me file the claim. Upon approval, Anthony took care of everything. The roof was completed as promised. I will call him again with any roofing needs.

  Devin with JJ roofing came out and looked at my roof and was honest about the condition of my roof. He explained that there were only a few shingles that were affected by wind on my shed and went as far as to repair them at no cost. Highly highly recommend to anyone who is looking for roofing work to be done

  Dustin, you're the man! Had a random leak right above our bed in our bedroom. Come to find out, an exhaust pipe had been exposed due to all the rain and heavy winds we've gotten this year. Dustin was out and the leak was completely sealed up on the roof the following day. Crazy part is.... our roof is only 2 years old and still under warranty... by another roofing company. Due to their incompetence and JJ Roofing's awesome service, they just earned a new customer

  Such a great experience working with Jack with JJ Roofing! They went the extra mile making sure my little side roof was also replaced so it matched, and even had their crew start later to work around my nightshift schedule! My charcoal-black-level-4-shingled new roof looks terrific!
