Called Garcia Roofing for an estimate. I had a leak in the office building we just purchased. He never went on the roof. He just told me it was probably an HVAC issue. When I stated that it only leaks when it rains, he told me I could call …

Hi Marie, Thank you for the opportunity to take a look at the ceiling leak. As you re-call, the building has multiple stories. The 2 stories below the roof had no sign of any leak. The basement is where the ceiling had signs of moisture. It's extremely rare for a leak to enter through the roof and not leave any signs of moisture on 2 stories yet the bottom story to have moisture spots. The fact that the 2 stories above didn't have any signs of moisture in the ceiling is the reason why I gave my opinion that the leak was coming from condensation from the HVAC pilar which was right next to the ceiling water spot in the basement. If indeed the basement leak was coming from the roof, I would sincerely want to know why it skipped the 2 stories & only show in the basement. I'm more than willing to return and try to see how that happened as I'm always willing to learn and keep improving my skillset and knowledge. If I'm not sure about a matter, I have no problem at all admitting it to my clients and even recommend to them to get a second opinion from another Contractor as was the case in this matter. Once again, I appreciate the opportunity you gave me to look at the leak and I'm more than willing to return and see what I missed so that next time I can give a better assessment. Sincerely, David Garcia Garcia Roofing 816-286-7387

Scheduled twice and never showed up. 59-79 degrees is too hot after I bought all the materials for him to start. Then wanted me to pay his help in cash before they would start work. Also bid the job for $1100 and then changed the price when we tried to schedule the install. Went from $1100 including materials to $1000 and I supplied over $600 for the job. Find another contractor

Performed roof and vent pipe repairs following a lightening strike. Didn’t even accept extra money when he had to purchase more roof shingles. Very professional and thorough.

It was great working with David to have my roof replaced. He was responsive and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. He was also incredibly helpful when working with the insurance company. The adjuster missed some things …

David Garcia was prompt, professional and delivered on all of his promises. He installed a new roof with less than two weeks notice, so we could close on our house. We will be using him again in the future. The price and quality is 10/10.

Garcia roofing did a wonderful job on our roof. Our home is an older bungalow from 1920s. The front portion of the roof was sagging badly and the shingles were roughly 25 years old. David from Garcia roofing took his time to look over the whole roof. They ended up re-framing a majority of the roof to get it proper and straight they then did a wonderful job with the soffit and gutters. There were some minor issues like they accidentally hit my retaining wall with their trailer but David had it repaired that day and honestly probably better than it was before they hit it. Through the whole process he was communicative and fair on pricing. So glad we went with him honestly nothing bad to say about this company

Garcia roofing completely replaced my roof. They communicated with me throughout the process, we’re here when said they would be, replaced all vents and stacks as well and did a terrific job. Before left completely cleaned up debris and ran magnet around yard to be sure nails and such were removed.

David Garcia, Garcia Roofing was an A-plus experience all the way around. David is a superb communicator and explained exactly what needed to be repaired with our tile roof in detail. Great team of workers and my husband and I highly recommend them.

David was great. He responded quickly, gave me a competitive bid, and got the partial replacement completed two days later before the next rains. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service he provided.

David came out and gave us a great, honest quote of the work needed on our roof/house. I don’t feel pressured into anything and he wasn’t trying to sell me on a completely new roof that isn’t currently needed. We will look forward to using his services should we need them in the future and will recommend him to family/friends as well!
