  Continuing to have auto call system contact me repeatedly and leaving two messages a day then not answering business phone. When I finally got someone after numerous attempts, female employee did not apologize but hung up.

  Matthias is a nice guy... But he is not the guy you want to deal with if you want things done correctly and get your money's worth.

  Mathias and Eric are stand-up guys and their crews did a great job with the shingles and then the gutters. I think it would be hard to find a roofing company that you would be any happier with!

  Cloud 9 was great to work with. They guided the entire process including being at my house when the insurance adjusters came. I highly recommend using them if you need a new roof.

  Mathias and the team at Cloud9 were amazing to work with. They responded quickly to my request for a roof inspection, provided a well document report with photographs to show the damage my roof had suffered, and then helped to work with the insurance to be sure all the damages were covered. Essentially my entire neighborhood ended up needing new roofs/siding and yet my house was the very first done, and throughout it all Mathias remained in close contact so I knew what to expect. It truly made a complicated situation much easier and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

  Cloud9 was outstanding! He came right away. He was friendly, professional and skilled. He did an excellent job of evaluating and photographing our roof, and explained everything to me. I'd hire Cloud9 to do the roof, windows, or siding.
