  I had to follow them around to make sure that they were changing out bad wood for good. My neighbors house a worker fell through the roof due to rotting wood. They didn't have any plywood, so they covered it with a piece of sheet metal and the put the shingles on. Follow them around your house...

  I wouldn't use this roofing company. Very rude and only wants to replace your roof with a new one. They stated that the are only be abel to replace and not repair

  Hired this company to replace a vent over my bathroom that was leaking they charged me 1200.00 in January of 2022. My bathroom vent is still leaking today. Called RJ again they came out. Waited all day because they had a big job Lisa said Martha Stewart’s neighbours. Big deal! Finally RJ tells me (Jose has the products to do the job )calls me back just to charge me 1750..00 for work that should have been done (right)in January the first time. And only fifty dollars in materials. Lisa can’t shut up long enough to listen to anybody. Told me several times I’ll call you back in a few …yeah hours! We treated his workers with respect even giving them drinks.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are over charging! For repairs not done the first time.

  This company is above all. Very efficient very clean very respectful. I plan to use this company in the future for all my building needs. They did such a great job on my roof and in the timely manner and keeping things clean and keeping me updated I will definitely use them again. Next will be my kitchen I highly recommend going to this company for all your needs. They are top-notch.

  MooreCorp is the most professional company we could have engaged for a major roof construction project. We are a 56 unit condo association and had major structural issues with our aging roofs. MooreCorp engaged engineers and performed thorough deconstructive testing to ensure the replacement of our new roofs would be optimized and structurally safe and sound. RJ Moore and his respectful and professional crew were a true pleasure to interact with on a daily basis! They promptly addressed issues and accommodated residents with special needs. I am the current president of our association and I am proud to have been a part of this very important construction project for our community. I highly recommend this company and would be proud to provide references as an extremely satisfied customer!

  This company stepped up to the plate and compensated me for black curb paint getting on my clothing at RSW airport.   Their customer communication is very unprofessional. Initial proposal received prior to Ian. Shortly after Ian, sales representative arrives with an assignment of benefits proposal to sign instead of the original proposal. I signed the original proposal. Time goes by and I receive a call to come to the office to sign notice of commencement. I am told due to the volume of contracts a representative cannot be sent to my home to have this signed. I drive to the office only to arrive and be asked to sign a blank document. I decline to sign a blank document and offer to return later. Lisa asks me to wait while she properly fills out the notice of commencement she wants me to sign. I wait and sign. Time goes by and I get a call from Lisa(not Gordon who was sales rep) that the type of shingles in the contract are not in stock "Would I be ok with a different type/color." I express my confusion since the contract clearly indicated color and brand. She then says nevermind it shouldn't take but a few weeks to order the correct ones. Time goes by and one day shingles are delivered with zero notice from MooreCorp that they are being delivered. I attempt to find out where they want the delivery guy to put them because he asks me and I have no clue where he should put them. The delivered product sits in my yard for at least a week to ten days before I get a phone call that they want to come on the first day that the weather report says it is going to begin raining by 2pm. To tear off and dry-in. I request assurance that I won't get any damage if they are unable to tear off and dry-in before the rain begins. She indicates that she will delay the start of the job until later. A few days later I get a phone message that she had intended to send a crew out that day but couldn't reach me by phone so she sent them to another job. I called back and requested at least a days notice so that I could make sure the dogs were inside and the gates were open. A few days later she schedules them
