Too few ratings to compare against other roofers — at 8 ratings a single unhappy customer moves this figure by several points.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Modified Roofing Systems. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

Although this is a new company Eddie & his crew bring years of excellent training & hands-on experience to their work. My flat roof posed a unique collection of challenges all of which Eddie anticipated & planned for. Eddie’s calm, quiet manner inspired confidence from Day One. Their commitment to quality materials & workmanship was apparent throughout. Thank you Eddie and crew for giving my flat roof (plus my shed) a new lease in life!

It provides: · Superior waterproofing · Strong seam adhesion · Excellent resistance to ponding water · Long service life with proper maintenance We pay close attention to critical details like transitions, flashings, drainage flow, and tie-ins — because most roof failures don’t happen in the field membrane, they happen at the details. If your flat roof is aging, leaking, or showing signs of wear, now is the time to address it before small issues turn into costly interior damage. 📞 Book your flat roof assessment today. Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 8 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 8, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Modified Roofing Systems. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
