  After almost 3 weeks and a subsequent email, we never did receive a quotation for our addition’s siding, soffits and eaves. Decided to go with the Company who replied within a couple of days. Engineer's drawings were supplied so I just don't understand, as it seemed a pretty straightforward quote. ???

  Had a site visit that was generated by a free quote estimate for work to be done at our home. The visit happened but no quote was obtained even after repeated requests. Not even a reply back? Why come out and look at a job if you then leave your customer without a quote?

  Came for a quote. Said he would send us a quote and video of our roof. 2 emails sent and a phone call not returned. Unprofessional and will have to take our business elsewhere.

  We recently had our roof replaced by this company, and the quality of the work was excellent. The quoting process was a highlight of our experience. The team took the time to explain our options and helped us find a solution that fit our budget without pushing the most expensive product, which we greatly appreciated. During the quoting process, we were told that photos and video footage would be provided to help illustrate the condition of our roof, but we never received them. While this didn't affect our decision, it was something we had expected based on our discussions. The installation itself was quick, smooth, and professionally completed. The crew did high-quality work, and we are very happy with the finished roof as well as the extra services they performed for us. Unfortunately, we experienced some communication issues after the installation. We never received confirmation that the final inspection had been completed, and we were expecting a final invoice following the inspection but did not see one arrive in our inbox. The most disappointing part of the experience was the billing process. We received phone calls regarding late payment and explained that we had not received any invoices or other communications. We felt our concerns were dismissed, as we were repeatedly told that the invoices had been sent from the company's accounting email. We later determined that the invoices were actually being sent through their bookkeeping software platform, and those emails had been filtered into our junk folder. A little more investigation and understanding by the company could have resolved the situation and maintained our client satisfaction. Overall, the workmanship and quoting process were great, but the post-installation communication and billing experience left room for improvement. I would still recommend this company based on the quality of the roofing work, but I encourage future customers to confirm how and from what email address inspection updates, in

  Positive experience from start to finish. We were planning on replacing our siding in the next year or two, then we had a problem with one of the gutters causing us to speed up our plans. The team at Empire put together a temporary fix with pieces from the shop, giving us piece of mind until they were able to do the whole exterior. Now it's finished and looks great. We are still very happy with the work, however, I would not use the Royal siding line. With the help of Kenny we have been trying to settle a warrantee problem with them for almost a year now.

  We had major ice dams on our roof. Empire came right away and removed the problem areas quickly and effectively utilizing a new high steam process. They explained options for mitigating future issues. Very professional

  Update: Christie has been working hard to move things forward after a delay due to the Christmas/New Year’s holidays! Waiting for at least two months for a new gable window to finish off our siding, soffit and facia job. Very discouraged! They said that they could do the job and removed our storm window for measurements in October, which was good, but we haven’t gotten any feedback after multiple phone calls about the status of our new window… and we need the storm window back due to the weather! Repeated phone calls, and no response from Jovo or the owner. Not acceptable.
