  Webcon installed this pipe boot on our roof about 5 years ago. We had a bad leak with substantial water damage. The person that came to investigate from another company spotted the problem right away. Said the shoddy install caused the leak. Apparently nails should not be exposed and unsealed. I called webcon and they ghosted me. I'm sure they'll respond amicably to this for image, but be warned, this came out of my pocket.

  Had their estimator come out and tell me that I have to pay more for labour as my roof is too steep to boom shingles onto roof, so they would have to use ladder jack. The company I chose had shingles boomed up by Herman's - no issues. …

  Hello Chris, Thanks for your feedback. You may not be aware, but there are numerous suppliers that roofing companies can deal with for their roofing supplies. Each supplier has their own safety standards regarding what roofs they are willing to load and not load. We do not deal with Herman's, however we are glad they were able to load your roof for you. It is our experience that the same roof can be deemed loadable by one, and not by others. Trust us when we say it is not in our best interest to charge you anymore than we have to as we have always strived to maintain competitive pricing. To summarize, loading a roof is up to the discretion of the supplier, and they can sometimes load roofs that would otherwise be deemed unsafe to do so. As for the Vent Maximum venting option, it is important to understand the additional "pancake" vents add additional venting to the Vent Maximum. It is true that if the Vent Maximum is too close to the other vents, it may circumvent their ability to do their full venting job. Keep in mind, with the power of the Vent Maximum, your ventilation would have met minimum venting requirements as outlined by Ontario Building code. Those additional vents would have still provided some additional venting, regardless if it was not at their full capacity. We are sorry that you did not work with us to get your roof done, however if you had run these concerns by us we would have been more than happy to clarify things for you.   Hello Jonathan, We are sorry to hear you are not happy with your business practices. I feel it is important to fill in a few details that were missed. Firstly, you did not give us a call to proceed. You spoke with our estimator Nakao, after two weeks from when the estimate was delivered. You stated that if we could do your shed for free, which was not included in the original estimate, we would have a deal and be able to proceed. It is important to note that your shed itself would be valued at a $500, and that is only because we would already have our bin and workers at your home. On its own, the cost would be much higher. So in actuality, you were not happy with the original quote, and wanted additional discounts/free services. Secondly, as you know, the addition was not completed when the estimate was done. You were not the one who actually met with our estimator, so I can understand some details may have been missed when being passed along to you. It was mentioned it would be easier to come back when all was done, to take more precise measurements. We can understand the revised and ultimately more accurate estimate increase might have been a shock, however we believe we know where the disconnect is. When you were speaking with our estimator after the revised estimate had been sent, you had mentioned that the new addition would only be an extra “1 to 3 bundles per side”, equaling an additional 2-6 bundles for the addition. In actuality, the additional total bundles for the new addition would be closer to 18-20, making the cost much higher the you may have thought. Ultimately our goal is to work with everyone we meet. We always suggest getting other quotes from reputable and established roofing companies when gathering estimates. We welcome you to let us know if you have other estimates from companies like us, that being companies that offer the same shingle options and that are certified to install those shingles, fully insured and WSIB, and lastly a comp

  Very disappointed that WEBCON continuously puts up signs all over our neighbourhood in violation of Guelph sign bylaws. They have been doing it for years and it makes our neighbourhood look awful. It is like littering. Do ads in local media instead.

  Webcon sticks illegal (bylaw) wire signs up all over Guelph subdivisions. It is ugly and they end up in ditches. Or the city or residents have to clean them up.

  Had My roof completed last week by Webcon Roofing, amazing from start to finish, was looking for Master Elite Roofer in my area in order to get the Golden Pledge Warranty.   Had some wind damage on my roof and needed to get it done ASAP. Gave Webcon Roofing a call and they came the same day to take a look! Moose was very helpful in the process and also matched the shingles really well and at a great price! I Will definitely call them again when I need my entire roof done! I highly recommend this place to anybody looking to get roof damages repaired or just getting needing to get the whole roof done! Already recommended to a few friends who need it done and they'll be giving you a call!!

  These specialists never let you down and provide the greatest service when it comes to roofing. The only place I would contact for roof work, and you need to do the same. Allow them to climb up on your roof. The staff members are polite and knowledgeable. It is very rare to get great service around here, so I would highly recommend Webcon roofing. When I first called, they gave me a good value.

  Fantastic service and outstanding quality of workmanship. We had a new roof installed by these folks and couldn't have been happier with not only the finished product but also the whole process all the way along.
