  Absolutely the least professional company I have ever dealt with. I waited for over six months for them to do a flat roof for me. They kept on promising me that I would be their next customer. I even received an email from them stating that they would be arriving on the morning of June 20….And five days later, they still are not here. I would never recommend this company

  Terrible. Signed a contract in June to repair our roof/gutter and gave them a deposit. They did not do the job and are no longer returning our emails or calls. Nor, have they returned our deposit as requested. It is now November. No stars should be an option. We wrote this review and a reply was immediately made indicating that there were supply issues and offered to send our deposit back. It was amazing to see how quickly they responded when a negative review was received. It is now December 5 and we have still not received our deposit back. Seems they have a supply issue with their company cheques as well.

  Hi Robert and Mary, we apologize that we have not been able to locate the colour needed to complete the job - this year has been full of supply issues with many materials, including aluminum. Your deposit will be mailed back to you as requested.

  Contacted them many times to come and give me a quote. They failed to return my call everytime. The secretary said she will have someone call me ASAP, its been 4 days still no point of contact has been made to me. Im glad im not going with them to get my roof done.

  We could not be happier with our new roof. The 50 year GAF warranty is comforting as well. The crew were very professional and Arnie the lead is a good communicator and was responsive to our questions and any concerns raised. Would not hesitate to recommend Wm Green Roofing.

  We recently had an eavestrough repair completed by Wm Green Roofing and it was an absolutely great process from my beginning contact with the office, the first visit with Jack, his follow up on the men coming out, and the completion of the work, which was outstanding. We could not be more pleased with everything that was done, and would highly recommend Wm Green to anyone needing any roofing, eavestrough or other related projects completed on their home. Thanks Jack and to your crew for taking such good care of us. It was a pleasure.

  Appreciated their professionalism leading up to our commercial project start date. Bryce and his team at Wm. Green were accommodating to our needs for scheduling as we are a childcare with safety concerns that needed to be addressed when working during operating hours. Bryce was very accessible to communicate with. Subs trade working on metal roof on our building at the same time and hired through Wm Green, would definitely NOT receive a positive review. (smoking while working on roof, not tied down, foul language, constant smoking breaks at playground gates while children playing outside). Please note Wm Green NOT responsible for this sub trade other than to consider their professionalism being somewhat of a reflection on them possibly.

  Excellent service from Wm Green Roofing. I experienced a leak in my roof, caused by an ice buildup. Jesse was extremely professional and responsive. He deployed a team to remove the excessive snow on my roof. The issue was resolved very quickly. All of my dealings with Wm Green Roofing were very positive. Great service, thanks!

  We experienced an "ice dam" in January. Wm Green Roofing kept us on their books until the weather was suitable and repaired the roof leak in May. Jack, Paul and Dave were very professional and did a great job, leaving the work site tidy. We would highly recommend Wm Green Roofing.

  Writing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience with Wm. Green Roofing from start to finish. The entire process was incredibly smooth—getting a quote was quick and straightforward, and everything carried through just as easily all the way to the completed roof. Jesse was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was responsive, professional, and always available to answer questions or provide updates, which made the whole experience stress-free. The roofing crew also deserves a lot of credit—they were kind, respectful, and clearly very skilled at what they do. They worked efficiently and left everything clean and tidy when the job was done. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wm. Green Roofing to anyone looking for quality work and great service!

  Used Wm. Green for roof repairs at our shop/warehouse when we had a water leak in high traffic area. They responded within a couple hours and looked after the issue quickly. Friendly staff, easy to deal with and take their time. Would use them again no question!!
