Modern Roof

The only one or two-star review we hold for Modern Roof.

A Modern Roof pickup drove through our residential neighborhood and ran through a stop sign with no signs of slowing down. I'd think twice if their work is anything like their driving.

Riley at Modern roof is great to work with. He came out to evaluate my leaking roof, sent a quote and my roof was fixed within 5 days. Thanks for the speedy service and great work. Highly recommended.

Riley of Modern Roof inspected our roof today. He was friendly and efficient. He found a few shingles that needed replacement and did the work immediately, providing before and after pictures. I recommend Modern Roof. Riley did this work at no charge in exchange for a good review.

Had a ceiling leak in our dining room that happened right after the winter storm. Reached out to modern roof who had installed a new roof for us in 2022. I was put in touch with ALEX M., who listened attentively and with concern for …

Riley was fantastic. He provided honest information on the condition of my roof and how to continue to maintain and manage. He also was able to do some maintenance on site with no wait. He carries supplies with him.

Worked with Modern Roof to replace mine. Riley helped me with the required code and requirements to make sure the insurance company covered the right items and right areas. I did pay for the rest and got whole roof replaced. The quote was very competitive and saved a fair amount from the other quote I had. The crew that came out went right to work bright and early and set a daily goal. They worked very hard right till dark. Next day same thing and finished the job. Their prep work, install work and clean up were impeccable and the new roof looks beautiful! Very impressed and very happy with the job, materials and the turnaround time from start to finish. Hope I don’t need them again, but if I do the I would certainly call Modern Roof again.

All I can say is just wow! Modern Roof has been AMAZING! A crew of showed up at 7am and didn’t leave until 9pm! On day 2 they got here at 8am and was completely finished, packed up, cleaned up and pulling out of the driveway at 12:15pm! No trash, & no nails left on the property! They were kind, respectful and helpful when we were going in and out since they had netting around the porches. They worked efficiently, non stop even though it got to 90 degrees both days! And to top it off my roof looks gorgeous now! I’m Thankful we had Alex to help with the insurance because I’m sure I would’ve just let them tell me whatever and been like ok. They lied to me saying they had a document about the shingles from the manufacturer and said I wasn’t allowed to see them and Alex helped get legitimate documents from the manufacturer which got the roof covered and replaced! Thank you Alex, & Modern Roof!
