  We contacted RCV about a gutter repair project because they had installed gutters for us years ago with no issues. We agreed to the estimate even though it was much higher than expected, we're now conditioned to accept that's normal, so we moved forward. I was told a crew of men would be out and it would be completed in a day. On the scheduled day, one guy showed up to repair the roof and replace some rotted boards, and he did a great job, but only as I was writing him the check did he inform me that someone else would have to come out to finish the job and put the gutter on. We were texted that we would be on the schedule for a certain day to finish it, then they had to reschedule due to weather, then a few days went by and we didn't hear anything. I followed up and was then texted at the end of the day that we were on the schedule for a week later. We decided to go with someone else after learning RCV is no longer locally owned like they claim. Crucial details were left out about the project. We haven't had a gutter on a section of our house for several weeks. I would not recommend RCV after this experience.

  One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. After signing the paperwork they were impossible to get on the phone to schedule anything. Their workers showed up to replace the roof and just started up without saying hello, telling me they were about to block the doorway or idk check they were ripping off the right roof. Garden furniture left wherever, trash left behind. The roof and gutters seem to be holding up acceptably but the company was just unbelievably bad to deal with.

  Got a piece of mail addressed directly to me stating “they were doing work in the neighborhood”. I’ve never had any dealings with them or given them my information. That’s just invasive.

  Submitted request for a roof quote, and got this response: "Unfortunately, we do not offer that service. We apologize for the inconvenience. If there is ever anything we can help with please let our team know!" I think this might have been an error in their system.

  Terrible customer service. Contract signed on August 4th and work not completed until October 2nd. Scheduled 5 different times with no notification on several missed appointments. The tech that finished the work was very professional and great clean up from repair. Highly recommended

  Call out to my house to fix a roof they installed, said job was too small, gave me name of another contractor who never answered his phone. Just another company only interested in ripping people off. Called to get a fix they came out told me the minimum charge, I said ok, told me they thought someone else could do it cheaper, i said fine but i am happy to pay i just want it fixed they assured me the contractor would fix it and two months later nothing but crickets.

  Very mixed experience. The roof looks like it will be good, but many problems with this company. First, they had us sign a quote that turned out to be >$2000 less than what they really charged. Then, when they were working on it they didn't cover the roof while it was raining, which caused water to run into our house. They promised to send someone to fix the drywall, but we have stayed home and been stood up twice when this person was supposed to show.

  This is our second job with RCV, yes return customer. This job was relatively simple in terms of roofing. Our chimney flashing and seal were no longer keeping water out, so we did the usual bid out. I’ll be honest and tell you they are not the cheapest quote you will get. In return you are treated with respect from the get go. From the initial sales and quote visit we felt comfortable and part of the process. Now I do have to give a special shout out to Eric! He called us before he arrived with his eta, he explained what was going to be done, answered our questions and got to work. He gets the extra because he was braving some nasty weather to get us sealed up before it got real ugly. FYI our previous job with them was gutters and soffits on an almost 100 year old, 2 story house. I’m sure that any future roofing needs will be with them!

  RCV removed my old satellite antenna and cables from the roof and matched and replaced roof tiles that were under the mounted antenna. RCV installed a new roof on my house 9 years ago and I continue to be pleased with the results.

  11 years ago RCV put a new roof on for me. Everything seemed okay for a few weeks. I noticed a J-Channel sticking up and called to have someone come out and fix it. The guy that came out was up there for about a minute and was back down. He only tucked it under or something. Now I put my house up for sale and had an inspector come out for a buyer. In the report the J-Channels are mentioned as being loose. Same ones as before. This time because it was beyond 10 years I had to pay for it, which was over $1000. They gave me $100 off for me mentioning that I had placed a call about the J-channel previously. I just feel like this should have been something that was done correctly the first time. The company was fairly new at the time. The workers that came out and repaired the roof were really good and I feel these 2 guys did a good job of making the repair. He explained that they had to do a little extra to get the J-Channel to stay where it needed. Something that should have been done 11 years ago. He also did an extra thing for me. Very nice. I don't fault them at all. Hopefully, this company is doing better work than they did at the beginning, I feel a bit ripped off about the whole thing, but nothing to be done about it now.

  Very impressive company and their crews. They are polite and listen to my concerns and the communication was good. Fast and efficient. I had my garage reroof last week. This is the second time I have used RCV. I'm still impressed with them. I will continue to use them.

  RCV was good to work with from start to finish. Andrew the estimator showed up when requested and did a great job. He was knowledgeable and put in the time to examine the roof and explain everything to me. Hannah scheduled the repair, we are hard to work with, with limited availability, she and RCV accommodated our schedule. Finally the installers were on time and personable. If I need a roof repair or new roof in the future I know who I’ll call.
