Extremely rude while I was trying to talk to another company. Acted Entitled in a time of disaster. Do not suggest this company just trying looking to make a dollar.

Terrible experience! Quote process was fine, but tried to finish the job in one day and spent the last couple of hours in the dark. The roof is acceptable, but they had to return 3 times to attempt to fix our gutters and gutter guards that were damaged in the process. Didn’t tarp the side of our home before they started removal and damaged/marred the siding in the process. Would not recommend. Still not happy but will not have them back to do any more work!

I wanted to hire them for roof repair. I phoned and an agent took my info and told me that someone will call back by the end of the today. Two days later, I phoned again. Another agent picked up and asked me to provide all my info again. 10 days have passed since then... no response.

After using Equity Builders Roofing this past summer, I cannot recommend them. The owner is a friendly guy and talks a good line but he was unresponsive, and his office people were uncooperative when it came time to send an invoice to my insurance company so I could get reimbursed. They claimed that it had been sent and suggested that the insurance adjuster was being dishonest. I told them to send it again and copy me on the email. It never happened. How hard is it to resend an email? Complete lack of customer service. Save yourself the trouble and give your work to someone else.

I had an outstanding experience with Equity Builders Roofing. I was in a stressful situation on a Sunday when I noticed shingles missing from my roof. Jonathan responded immediately, came out the same day, and patched the area to prevent any further damage. His professionalism stood out from the moment he arrived. Later that week, he returned to complete the full repair, and the quality of the work was excellent. Their pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the urgency and the fact that it was a weekend. Jonathan handled everything with care, clear communication, and true professionalism. I highly recommend Equity Builders Roofing, they delivered great work, fair pricing, and exceptional service when I needed it most.

We had a great experience at our church The Assembly Evv. with Equity Builders Roofing. We had snow and ice damage requiring roof replacement, repair and gutter replacement. From start to finish communication was excellent they did what they said they would do, and even replaced and fixed things that were not on the work scope at no additional cost. They did a great job and are great people to work with, I would recommend them if you're looking for a roofing company.
