I have tried numerous times to contact Kelsey Ferguson (warranty supervisor) and left many messages. I went to Kingdom to see her and she would not come outta to greet me. I have very poor workmanship on my chimney that leaks due to poor flashing and sealant. I'm have spent $ 2500.00 to have my chimney replaced that she said was the problem that I was never made aware of when my roof was installed. The quality of the flashing poor at best. Kingdom seems to run from their. Customers after they are paid. I do not recommend Kingdom for home improvements. All they have to do is answer the phone and they don't. They call this finished. It's the front of my home. Looks like hell.

never got a price he said we wasn't a good fit for his company

Thank you for your feedback. While we're sorry we weren't the right fit for your project, we believe it's important to be honest about the types of work we specialize in rather than accept a project we aren't equipped to serve well. Kingdom Roofing Systems specializes primarily in full roof replacement projects. We also do not install roofing materials that have already been purchased by homeowners, as we can only warranty products that are sourced through our trusted manufacturers and suppliers. Rather than provide a quote for work that falls outside our expertise or business model, we felt it was more appropriate to let you know upfront so you could find a contractor better suited to your specific needs. We appreciate the opportunity to meet with you and wish you the very best with your project.

I needed an estimate for several items, they sent me an image of the person coming; NOT who showed up! The estimate was promised one day and appeared several days later! For one out of the five things I needed done! Total waste of my time. I would NEVER recommend this company.

I highly recommend Kingdom Roofing! Melissa is amazing. She worked with me to get someone out to look at my roof leak. Gabriel came out and was amazing as well. Honest too! My roof issue is complicated and they did not try to rip me off like some other roofing companies have tried to do. He really listened to everything I said.
