  They did a pretty good job for a pretty good price except for: *Last minute notification of job start *reroofed over a section of rotting OSB i asked them to replace and was included in the quote *trashed a section of my gutter with ladder when they should have used a ladder stand-off *never received the invoice that was promised--just took the check. Other than those things it looks great Update: 3 years later we have a leak

  the contract says I have a 10 year warranty. The roof has leaked in several places and Mobley refuses to repair anything. I've already had to get insurance to repair an ice dam that caved in a portion of the roof. The chimney was never flashed properly and it is damaging my living room ceiling.

  We are so sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately we tried to contact you back immediately and never received a response. We hold our warranty to the highest value possible but cannot fix or handle any complaints/complications if there is absolutely no communication or understanding that the leakage is not from the roof it is from your siding and multiple windows… as you were told multiple times before. If you go around what we are telling you and hire multiple unprofessional contractors who cannot prove what they are saying then your warranty is unfortunately voided. If any other respectable legitimate company would like to review our work it would be different to seek another opinion on the siding that is causing your damage but this has nothing to do with our roof or work.

  Todd put the wrong color shingle on my roof. Since he did not bring me samples, I sent him the addresses of 2 houses that had the color of roof I wanted. He put on a light gray instead of a very dark gray that I was describing as black. He had me look at another house with light gray. I said that was too light. He shingled it that color anyway. He promised to put on gutter guards and did not. During more than a year and a half, I have called him no less than 5 times to return and put on the gutter guards. He has said more than once that he "will be in the area next week" and put the guards on and never showed. He doesn't call to say why he doesn't show. His workers left the privacy fence door open unbeknownst to us and we let the dog out who left the yard through the open gate. He was found by a neighbor on highway 46. I cannot recommend anyone that doesn't keep their word, listen to the customer, and doesn't pay attention to detail. If you use Todd, get a contract. I regret not requesting a contract.

  Had a bad repair job done by another company so we called Mobleys to repair the bad repair. We had Mobley’s replace the entire front half of our roof which is now leaking. We contacted the company many times and have no solution. They also were poor at getting back with us. We have since had two other roofing contractors out to access the leak and quote us on a fix. Both contractors won’t do the work and say to contact original contractor. What a mess we are left with. Our roof is leaking so badly around the chimney we have to repair our drywall ceiling once the leak is fixed. We also need to fix the drip edge so the water from the roof access the gutter and doesn’t go between the gutter and the roof. Be careful who you use to do the work, they may sell you up front but in the end it is about them guaranteeing their work and immediately dealing with issues. To note, the roof was done in 2017.

  J, we really appreciate the feedback despite the 1 star review. While we aren't excusing any of the issues that you bring to light, we have tried to explain to you that whoever was responsible for putting your facia wrap on did not meet the correct length to go underneath the drip edge. It was never the chimney leaking…it was coming from your short facia wrap. Unfortunately we weren’t responsible for any of the facia we were only responsible for the roof.

  I knew I needed a professional to investigate the damage on my roof, I had five different companies come out stating everything from a full roof replacement to very expensive repairs or replacement. Mobley roofing was not like any of the other companies, they assessed what was needed and their estimate was very reasonable. I appreciated their honesty, rates, and willingness to answer all of my questions before I chose to select them for my repairs. They came out and completed the work within two weeks. I feel confident I selected best company for the job.

  We had a new roof put on our house October 2023 by Mobley roofing and are very pleased with their work. The job was completed in one day. Mobley roofing just did a complete bathroom remodel for our master bathroom and it’s beautiful. I couldn’t be more pleased with their work. Todd was so easy to work with and helpful in making good suggestions when I had questions. I highly recommend them and I will be using them again for any future needs or projects I have.

  I highly recommend Mobley’s Roofing. They were able to work me in quickly for a small repair job for some lost shingles. Honest, courteous, easy to contact and communicate with and fair pricing. I will be using them for all my roofing needs in the future.

  I used these guys and was very pleased with all the work done. Todd was very easy to talk with and deal with.   Cannot say enough good things about Mobley Roofing! I needed a rush job due to my homeowner being cancelled out of the blue, saying my roof was past its expiration date 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️. Mr. Mobley had his crew working on a Saturday to get the job done quickly. The job was done within a day and when you have neighbors come and tell you what a proficient systems his crew has down (I was out is town) and it was amazing to watch, you know you went with the right company! If you need quality work, with a great price, Mobley Roofing is the company to go with!

  Mobley's Roofing did a great job replacing our roof. While replacing the roof, they made sure to fix any of the damage caused by previous storms we had experienced. They fixed the roof within a day and cleaned all the debris left behind from the work they did. Overall, they were really professional and got back to us in a timely manner when we first reached out to them.
