I can't spesk highly enough of the work Dmitry and his staff do at Modern Method. As a builder I know first had what it takes to meet and exceed expectations, and they do just that. I have worked with Dmitry for many years and am grateful for his honesty and consistency, not to mention his prices are fair. Every job we have, I know what I'm going to get each and every time, and that's quality!

Post-job cleanup was stellar. They left my yard cleaner than they found it, which says a lot. No nails, debris, or mess left behind, which was a huge plus, especially since we have kids running around.

The materials they used for a roof replacement were top-notch. They didn't skimp or try to cut corners, which was a huge relief. Plus, they explained why they advised metal roof and what they did, which made me feel like I was part of the decision-making process.

It was reassuring to know they were so accessible and transparent during roof replacement on my commercial property in Sarasota. I would definitely recommend them above all.

Their inspector didn't just do a quick glance and throw out a number. Denys took his time, explained what he was looking for, and walked me through the quote. It was pretty detailed, breaking down costs and options, which really helped me understand where my money was going. Totally worth its money. Best contractor in Cape Coral!

Right off the bat, Denys was super responsive. When I reached out, he got back to me quickly, setting up a time to come by that worked with my hectic schedule. It was refreshing to talk to someone who actually seemed to get what I needed and didn't just rush through the call. The roof replacement was outstanding, budget-friendly, and delivered on time.
