  Back in March, a storm came through Louisville and I experienced several roof leaks. A friend of mine, Linda, recommended I contact Resolute Roofing. She began working with the company in 2021, and since Resolute was already operating in the Louisville area at the time, I decided to move forward with them. They inspected my roof in May. The salesman walked the roof and confirmed there was sufficient storm damage to file an insurance claim. During the claim review, it was discovered that a significant amount of wood decking needed to be replaced due to rot. This caused delays, but once the desk adjuster approved the wood replacement, the full roof replacement was approved and eventually completed. Overall, I am satisfied with the finished roof.. I also provided several referrals. While some resulted in completed roofs, there were other referrals I passed along that were never followed up on, and I was never updated. After my roof was completed, I informed my friend Linda. She shared that although she helped generate business for the company over several years, she did not receive commission on the last roof when the homeowner had already sent payment. I understand she no longer works for the company, but this raised concerns for me regarding how commissions are handled. In summary, I like the quality of the roof and appreciate the outcome of the project, but I do have reservations about communication practices and internal integrity based on what I experienced and what I was told.

  About 1 year ago, Resolute was recommended to me to look into my AC ductwork. I made an appointment and no one showed. I gave it a few weeks, then contacted Resolute again who sent someone out. The employee was great, on time, and gave good info. We decided to wait to see if the changes made to the AC would help, and was told he would call back in a few months for follow up. Here we are, months later and not a word... Again A week ago I sent Resolute an email to get a quote for roof repair....no reply. I called, set up an appointment on the phone, and received a call back a few hours later from the employee that would be coming. I provided him info on the repair request, set up a quote time He tried to upsell me for about 5 minutes, no big deal, I can tune that out. A few days later on appointment day... Yet another no show. I called the office and left a message. I received a call back the next day saying the message was received, the office would find out who was supposed to show, and I'd receive a call back....still no call. That's 2 for 2. With ALL the roofing company options out there, it may be worth checking with a different company. I had a few other companies come out and all of them determine this small repair (or so I thought) actually would need to be (or advised best) a full roof replacement due to the age of the roof and preexisting damage. Could have been an easy sell/job for a Resolute. The employees seme to be nice, but I just can't get them to my home for quotes/repairs.

  Resolute Roofing showed up in my neighborhood about two days after hurricane Milton. Due to how busy the roofers were in Manatee County, I decided I sign on with them for a complete new roof. Big mistake! The roof failed the first inspection because the roofing nails were not placed at correct intervals. After it passed, they finished up the roof. It was then discovered that they used damaged shingles on part of the roof. So, of course they had to come back out and replace all of those. Lousy job was done all around by their crew. Things were not cleaned up at the end of the day like they said they would be. I found nails in my driveway. My plants and especially my air conditioning unit was supposed to be covered, they were not. I spoke to the owner one time after all of these problems.After that he did not bother to return my calls or answer my text messages. I definitely would not recommend Resolute Roofing. My insurance company Southern Oak was great to work with.

  We had an excellent experience with this roofing company from start to finish. Jonny was fantastic to work with—his communication was outstanding, keeping us informed every step of the way and answering all of our questions promptly. The quote was transparent with no hidden costs or surprises. What impressed us most was that the entire roofing project was completed while we reside out of the country. Jonny kept us updated throughout the process via phone calls and photo's, giving us complete confidence that everything was being handled professionally.   Highly recommend Resolute Roofing. They recently finished a full roof replacement on my Fort Myers house and I couldn't be happier. Working with the Insurance company (Citizens) and the attorneys were not easy, but Dave at Resolute helped me through the process and kept in touch the whole way through to ensure that things were moving along. Being a veteran myself, it was also important to work with a veteran owned company. The actual roofers were professional and kept the area around the house clean during the entire week. Communication was top notch along the way. I hope to not need a new roof for a long time to come, but if I do, I will be sure to use them again. Very satisfied.
