  This company is completing a large job in my community. I have had two roof nails in my tire since they have been on site. The first one I covered myself, but when I got the second nail within the same month I contacted them. They said I could've gotten the nail anywhere. I really doubt that, I don't drive on construction sites and have not had this before, suddenly I have 2 in the same months. I also had a neighbor mention that too before it happened to me. I will also be posting on my community FB page to see if anybody else had an issue. Either way, they are not cleaning up and not owning up.

  I don’t have anything good to say about this company. Our air conditioning has been broken for 3 months and it is still not fixed. The worst possible time of the year! It is still under warranty and technicians have been out multiple times replacing the same parts over and over again. They are completely incompetent and can’t figure out what is wrong with it. It has been hard to even get them out to work on it. I don’t know why they just don’t replace the entire unit. They just don’t care.

  I contacted crowler for routine maintenance on my AC unit as they had installed the unit 3 years prior and it serviced it twice in the past upon the arrival of the technician I discovered he was on the phone three times or more outside my front door why are we supposed to be servicing the equipment I then discovered that instead of doing routine maintenance he had this mantled the entire AC unit and had it all over the floor I called Crowder's office and asked for an explanation what was going on and why nothing was ever discussed with me doing work beyond my requested routine maintenance I received no response to my phone call the technician put the equipment back together and left in 30 days later I received the bill for over $600 for routine maintenance on an AC unit which should have cost $130

Regarding the technician's conduct, being on the phone during service time is not our standard, and we regret any impression of neglect this caused. The disassembly of your AC unit was part of a more thorough diagnostic approach given the unit's history and past services; however, failing to communicate this in advance was an oversight on our part. We appreciate you bringing the billing discrepancy to our attention. As you noted, we adjusted the bill to reflect the correct charge for routine maintenance, and we hope this has eased some concerns.

  Not professional work at our church. They did the job and I thought they hadn't done it yet because it was raining and water was dripping inside the church.

  Dear Angela; Thanks for the review, we wanted to respond seeing it is a negative review. Crowther Roofing was hired by the Diocese of Venice to replace the roof. During this project, it was found that there were some issues with some of the mechanical equipment, which would be outside of Crowther’s contractual scope of work. We have conducted some ancillary services in an effort to resolve these issues, but they were not successful. We have been working with the Diocese of Venice in an effort to get this resolved as quickly as possible but due to the nature of warranties with equipment, Crowther did not feel it was within our power of decision to just further research the issues. It is difficult when warranties with equipment and we have to provide the best services to any building Owner which includes not voiding existing warranties. We hope that considering that Crowther is working with the Owner to try and remedy a situation outside of our control, you may reconsider removing or modifying your negative review.

  Hired them to re do my roof and they were super unprofessional. During the process my roof leaked 4 times ruining my celling times and celling. Leaked on electrically wires causing shorts. I would never hire them again there was more damage done during the time of the work being done then what the job was worth

  They did a terrible job at my church. After the first rain it looked like there was no roof. it leaked everywhere.

  Have used Crowther Roofing for repairs and maintenance of our tile roof for years. Josue and Carlos repaired the damaged tiles and sealed the non tiled areas of our roof on Wednesday. Both were very courteous and the work area cleaned. We always use and recommend Crowther roofing.

  Augustine was an outstanding technician he explained all the work that he did in detail also showed me what to look out for and gave me some preventive tips. Grate service We are happy we got the package for our air conditioning. The AirCon package we bought was less than $400.00 USD it gives us 2 service per year.

  We recently moved into a new house and were having some minor issues with our A/C unit. Serafin was very professional, quickly identified what was wrong, fixed the problems, and gave us some great advice on how to maintain our unit to avoid further issues.   David came to our condo as our HVAC kept shutting down due to backup of drain line. He quickly diagnosed the problem as being a clog in the main drain somewhere on one of the floors below me. He explained the problem, his plan to resolve, and suggestions for things to do to prevent the issue in the future. He was quick, efficient and very accurate. Glad he was the assigned to my call!
