  0ne star is too much. Hired this “company” to install a glass railing on our lanai. Deposit of around $9400 February 2026. We discussed how the job would be done which would be similar to our neighbor’s unit. Six months, and after a lot of emails concerning the amount of time this project was taking, and prior to our building approving the engineering plans that our manager said she never received, they showed us the mounting brackets they were going to have to use which were three times larger than they initially told us. Now they would have to tear up tile, remove shutters, etc; . The owner was angry and somewhat scary. I told him we could not go forward with this plan and to give us our deposit back. He reluctantly he did but withheld the engineering fees, the Bonita Springs permit fees of over $600 and $300 for “administration fees”. He obtained the permit prior to us and our building approving the major changes so the permit would not have been necessary. We got ripped by this company. Buyer beware…

  As a member of the household directly affected by the regrettable circumstances surrounding our engagement with "First Service," I find it necessary to recount our firsthand encounter. Our family's eager anticipation for a beautifully functional outdoor kitchen turned into a distressing affair due to the disappointing quality of service provided by this company. Our confidence in their abilities suffered a significant setback during the installation of our outdoor kitchen and roofing project. The troubling discovery of "First Service" substituting premium-grade appliances and high-quality materials, which were originally agreed upon, with lower-tier alternatives obtained from budget stores, was deeply troubling. This substitution not only compromised the expected quality of our project but also raised serious doubts about their honesty and commitment to satisfying their clients. Upon confronting the company owner regarding this unacceptable discrepancy, we were met with extreme rudeness and a complete absence of professionalism. The manner in which they handled our concerns left us shocked and utterly disheartened. It was, unequivocally, the most disappointing customer service encounter our family has ever endured. While it's conceivable that "First Service" might be suitable for basic projects like constructing a simple structure, their inability to manage more intricate tasks became glaringly evident. As someone who highly values superior craftsmanship and professionalism, I strongly caution anyone contemplating their services to proceed with careful consideration. For projects necessitating meticulous attention to detail and a firm commitment to meeting agreed-upon standards, opting for a more proficient and reputable company is advisable.   "First Service" appears to be a misnomer given the substandard quality of service provided. Despite my father's engagement for multiple house-related tasks, a glaring discrepancy arose during the installation of our outdoor kitchen. Witnessing their substitution of high-end appliances with lower-grade ones sourced from a budget store like Lowe's was disconcerting. Upon confronting the company owner regarding this discrepancy, their response was marked by egregious rudeness and a blatant lack of professionalism, constituting the worst customer service encounter I've ever encountered. Due to their manifest incompetence, we were compelled to seek assistance from a third-party entity to rectify the incomplete and unsatisfactory work. It's conceivable that for rudimentary projects like constructing a shed or an outhouse, their abilities might suffice. However, for endeavors of greater complexity, I strongly advise seeking the services of a more capable and reputable company to ensure a satisfactory outcome.

  I reached out to First Service looking for roof repair on my home. Bill and his team did an awesome job, not only was the price reasonable the work itself was outstanding. I highly recommend to anybody needing any type of home repair. These guys are the real deal!

  We hired Sunbelt for exterior painting, water damage repairs, and trim work, and the whole experience was quick, smooth, and completely hassle-free.   Great experience with My First Service. Jesse and Robert were easy to work with, communicative, and stayed on top of the project. The painting work came out clean and professional, and everything stayed on schedule. Questions were handled quickly and the end result was exactly what we hoped for. Would definitely recommend.
