  Run away from this company as fast as you can! Their work is garbage and their ability to correct their mistakes is awful. I've had 6 leaks in 6 years and they always want to blame something else; they had the gall to say that the water coming from my AC vents was condensation, but it only leaked when it rained. The more they "fixed" the roof the worse it got. I sought out another company to repair my roof and they are appalled at the workmanship of the previous repairs. Run away, just turn around and run.

  Target Roofing was hired by our community to repair and existing leak. The inspector entered our attic and stepped on a sprinkler head. 5 units were damaged and ours was completely flooded. It's been 2 months and they're insurace agency, Kinsale Commercial, finally sent out an adhuster, but to date NO COMMUNICATION! We've been in a home with no floors, unuseable master bedroom and bath and water damaged ceilings. Target did have a flood crew there within an hour, which was good. They have done nothing since. The company is owned by Casey Crowther who has a past history with bad business practices. I'd recommend avoiding Target Roofing.

  Target roofing did work and I cannot get them to close the permit. The work was completed in January 2024, and I paid Target Roofing in full. I received a notice from the city in July that the permit was not closed. I have made numerous phone calls and left messages and spoke with the girl that answers the phone for months and cannot get anyone to call me back or close this permit. Now the city of Ft Myers gave me NOTICE OF VOILATION and is threatening to fine me $250/day until the permit is reissued (because the original expired) and closed out. This is the worst customer experience ever, and is taking alot of my time and energy trying to get them to finish the job. As of today, October 29 2024 its been almost 11 months. They have been paid and will not take the final step to finish the job. I have sent my complaints to BBB and DBPR. Buyer beware UPDATED MARCH 2025. With help of The Better Business Bureau and the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations someone with Target Roofing finally contacted me to let me know they closed the permit. Case Closed.

  I did all of the red break metal for their new shop off Ortiz blvd. I also installed their red front door. The owner (very young guy) was absolutely obnoxious not only to me and my installers but also to all of his own guys. I can't believe they're still in business...

  Anthony, it’s unfortunate you feel this way and we would prefer that everyone who did business with us feel like it was a positive experience. When the door was not installed to manufacturers specifications we felt we were not receiving what was proposed.   Totally stood me up on our appointment no call no show. Moved my whole day around and lost ferry fee. Find a different company.

  Joe was easy to deal with while we were arranging our roof repair. He explained what would happen, stayed in touch, and was always polite and helpful. The whole experience was much less stressful than we expected.
