  Good afternoon. I spoke with you yesterday morning at 10:00 AM and advised that your estimate would be sent by 1:00 PM. It was sent at 1:30 PM, and I sincerely apologize for the 30-minute delay, especially being the day before a major holiday. To clarify, no work was performed at your property — you contacted us solely for an estimate. We came out on very short notice to provide that estimate and adjusted our schedule to accommodate you. We truly did our best to help and meet your request. I’m sorry that you feel disappointed, as that was never our intention. We wish you the best of luck with whichever contractor you choose moving forward.

  A Case Study in How Not to Run a Business This company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with from start to finish — inconsiderate, unprofessional, and shockingly careless in both attitude and workmanship. From day one, nothing was prepared. They scrambled to find the supplies we had already specified literally weeks prior — the same day our project was supposed to start. This level of disorganization set the tone for everything that followed. The assigned painter, Mike, rescheduled five separate times, often last minute. When we requested a different painter due to his repeated illness (especially concerning with a pregnant woman with an autoimmune disorder in the home), the owner flatly refused. That alone said everything about their priorities — convenience over basic consideration for clients. When the work was finally done, it was embarrassingly poor. Entire sections were missing a second coat, stain was blotchy and uneven across the railing, and several areas were simply missed altogether. The painter left behind a mess, damaged our carpet, and displayed zero professionalism. We asked them to come back and make it right — but the painter showed up with a terrible attitude and, unbelievably, had no idea how to fix his own mistakes. The splotchiness and missed areas remained because he quite literally didn’t know how to correct them. You can’t make this stuff up. To make matters worse, he spent over an hour every day sitting in our bathroom — and it was blatantly obvious he was high while on the job. Completely unprofessional and inappropriate. It took nearly two months to complete what should have been a simple stairway project — all due to their chaotic scheduling, lack of accountability, and half-hearted effort. To add insult to injury, they attempted to overcharge us more than three times the actual cost of supplies.   After spending just over $22k for a small bathroom remodel that went 2 weeks past the projected timeline, i only received a smirky attitude and sorry excuses from the owner Leila. After multiple promises they would finish my bathroom and some days they were not showing up at all, my final breaking point came after Leila's boyfriend came to finish the last touch up work and all of a sudden I'm missing a gold bracelet and diamond ring off my dresser. Not to mention she's married to the other owner..

We also have no record of any client under this name, nor have we ever had an issue involving theft or dishonesty. Additionally, your mention of a small bathroom renovation for twenty-two thousand dollars does not reflect our pricing and appears to be directed at the wrong company.   Worst company ever…. Poor communication… and worst construction job 🙈 My husband and I contract them for a job of 10,000 they take almost a 2 months to complete the work and charge xtra 2,000 and now we have to paid other company to fix everything and the bad electric work almost cause a fire 💀also they charge 500 for take the garbage and then left have of the stuff 😫 Never again

  Don't hire mitri bros! If I could give them zero stars I would. If you want a project to last forever hire them. I have seen during our project with mitri bros two home's with well septic etc during our addition erected. DONT HIRE MITRI BROS!

  Thank you for your feedback, Mr. Adams. We understand that you signed your contract on June 8, 2023, and permits were approved on September 20, 2023. Your loan officer sent the initial payment on October 9, 2023, at which point we ordered all framing materials. Due to a four-week wait time for these materials, the project timeline shifted. Additionally, upon your request, we ordered a custom metal beam, which required additional lead time. Work began on March 18, 2024, once we could schedule your property as our next available job site. Despite winter conditions, our team worked diligently to begin the project, including significant excavation efforts. The township also requested adjustments due to various changes made throughout the project. Originally, the plan included an additional room and storage space. However, we expanded this to deliver a finished room, full garage, and deck at no extra cost to you. The project was completed on September 18, 2024. We apologize if the timeline didn’t fully meet your expectations. Due to township requirements, weather challenges, and additional requests, we completed the project in a five-month period while ensuring code compliance and quality standards.   First and foremost I would to say they went above and beyond.. Leila crew came performed and show out .. re-did our whole front porch roof and beams etc, 2 days will recommend them to everyone.

  The crew came to do some work on our windows and gutter to repair leaks and some rotten wood work. They were courteous, did great work and got the job done in the allotted time window we had. They left the job site spotless and my wife was able to continue her day without too much interruption while they were working. Overall we were very pleased with their work and the responsiveness of the office in following up and keeping us abreast of the crew's arrival time. We'll be using them again!

  The entire process was great! They came into my home to repair after water damage and the walls being cut out. I was so impressed with the way they all treated the space and the interactions we had. They prepped the area beyond my expectations and covered all my personal items. They made sure it was done correctly and finding an issue left by the remediation company. They notified me and helped me with the correction! Talking with them was a great experience. They explained things when I had questions and they were incredibly kind. Their workmanship on the project was next level. I’m super happy and can’t wait for them to come back for the next project!

  We had the best experience with Mitri Brothers! Both our house roof and barn roof needed a full replacement. We were able to afford both with the help of a home equity loan and the help of the owner-Leila. From the start of the project we knew our exact costs, our timeline of payments- communication with the customer was impeccable. This company really takes pride in their company & workmanship! It really shows that they have the customers best interest at heart. During a final inspection of the roofs-one of the managers noticed some cracking along our chimney. The manager shared photos with me and suggested I speak with the owner Leila about the concerns. Leila had a quote for me that same day and the repairs were done the following day! It’s hard to find a company you can trust-I highly recommend Mitri Brothers. My husband and I were so thankful we followed through with this company-we now can rest assured that the work was done right, looks fabulous and from start to finish this company rocks!!!
