This company was doing work on my street a couple of years ago, and they damaged our basketball net with a promise to be replaced by Chris. Communication was good until it wasn’t. Followed up multiple times with him ignoring all text and phone calls with no intentions on replacing it.

Jordan, We are so sorry for this not being dealt with, the responsible employee was advised to get this replaced at our expense and we were advised you were satisfied. Please contact our office ASAP and we will gladly reimburse or replace immediately for you. Our sincere apologies

We had our roof replaced several years ago and the crew did a great job while working at our house. Polite and tidy which is not the case for all companies. We were very happy. The first storm that we had we had water leak into our upstairs bathroom and called the company back. They sent someone quickly and discovered that the shingles around our bathroom vent had not been secured so water leakage had happened. They fixed the problem and repainted our bathroom ceiling to cover the water marks. Within a week the damage was visible in the bathroom again. They repainted another time. On the third appearance of the water marks we asked them to replace the ceiling but they said they wouldn’t and repainted again. We gave up asking them to come back. Now several years later with a cracking ceiling we will have to replace it ourselves. We were disappointed that our experience ended badly when the company has such great reviews and initially provided such great service.

Good Morning We are sorry to hear that you are having issues. As per our notes the bathroom had issues with moisture and as advised at the time we inspected a recommendation was made to upgrade the builder grade bathroom fan to a more suitable and powerful unit to remove the condensation. We gladly covered the painting costs and ensured you were satisfied 4 years ago when this occurred. Regretfully a cracked ceilings 4 yrs after we completed our work is not something that we can say is our fault As we did not hear from you regarding this matter and were not given the opportunity to assess for you we cannot confirm that your reported cracked ceiling is a result of any work we performed, especially as many years have passed. If you would like us to attend and inspect please contact us via email info@mintroofing.ca and our production team will be in contact with you.

We had a leak in our roof during one of this yr (2026) rain and wind storms, Matt and his team were out to inspect the roof right away and tarped it up wonderfully until we could get everything organized for a new roof. Mint Roofing was very professional and extremely easy to communicate with. Matt made himself available at all times for any questions or clarifications. We highly recommend Mint Roofing as a local company. Thank you so much for getting us the roof we needed!

First of all I want to say that Matt is so conscientious and proud of a job well done. His team replaced the damaged shingles and 3 skylights that had been leaking. Everything looks great and is water tight. Thank you for following up and giving me peace of mind.
