  Asked them for a quote on my home, they said they would send it via email and they didn’t. I had to call back multiple times until it was sent. I then replied citing that I would like to proceed with the job but they never called me back nor replied to me. Not reliable.

  I had an appt for insulation for my attic and they called me the day before telling me that they required the paperwork from me in order to proceed with the appt. I told Danielle that I never received it. She insisted that it was sent to me according to their system. They proceeded to cancel my appt. Very unprofessional to be calling at 6 pm the day before the appt and following up some paperwork they required and argued with me that it was sent to me already. Completely unprofessional and have wasted my time when I could have had my job completed by now. I guess it’s a good thing the appt is canceled, if they can’t get their paperwork in order and argues with you about it, you have to wonder what type of job they would do. I would give them no stars if I could

  Got a quote for 13k for regular shingle roofing. Compared to 4 other quotes I received for half that amount. I even called to verify if it as a typo and the individual confirmed it was correct, it was amusing to say the least. Future customers be aware and ensure you do your research.

  would not use them again , left shingles of roof exposing my plywood ( in 3 places over the winter , we didnt look at the quote and realize that they DO NOT include flashing and now want another $ 1300.00 plus HST , if we would have gone with another company a little bit more money ($ 300.00 ) they included flashing , I have another house im building 2 doors down from my house and DEFINETLY WONT be calling them !!!!!!!!

  Hello Gerald, We do our best to provide outstanding service to every customer. Your brickwork was not completed for 3 months, so it delayed us from completing the shingle work. As soon as the brickwork was completed on your end, we came out the same day to complete the shingles. Our quotes are always fully transparent and the brick flashing was not included in your quote.   Very bad experience with company and owner of the company. They signed the contract for attic insulation through the greenon rebate and never come to do the job. Very rude behaviour of the lady owner. Never replied to email or phone. Be aware of this firm. Rather find other..

  Everyone was great from the guy who came to give us a quote to jay who came To our house to inspect or attick. After work was completed in early March we have had to call the company 7-8 times to follow up about our rebate. Login admin staff kept blaming green on saying they have a glitch in system ( which we learned today almost 3 months after that the glitch was fixed same month we did work March) after more calls admin said they didn’t have our email or that they sent us reciept a with a green on Id which they didn’t then another call they said they didn’t have our correct email. Then a lady the most recent time called my husband a liar. After that phone call logik finally emailed us our green on id. Upon calling green on they said they were waiting for logik to send them our email and a signed copy of work done. There’s no reason to have to follow up that many times.

  Hello Despina, unfortunately there was a lot of confusion and delay with the GreenON insulation program. We apologize for the time it took for customers to get back their rebates. But rest assured. All customers have received the entire rebate amount back as promised. Again our apologies for the delay

  The customer service and inspection personnels are pleasant and responsive. But the staff they sent to do the insulation is a disaster. One of the two told me it was his FIRST day on the job and they arrived in a NO COMPANY NAME van. I cannot tell if the celloulose spraying has been done properly but the cleanup afterwards is terrible. Pieces of celloulose were all over the clothings in the walk in closet though they were covered. Floors were littered with celloulose. Even the ground floor which the spraying hose did not pass by was littered, probably from the socks and clothings of the workers who did not do a good vacuum after the spraying was done. Worse of all, when they entered into the attic, they must have stepped on the wire organiser of the closet and bent it. Lucky they did not break it, fell and got hurt. I managed to straighten the wire shelf afterwards. Should I recommend Logik Roofing? Yes, for their Pre Sale service but NO for their lousy performance of the work itself.

  Corey and Mike came by and took good care of us after Mason did his assessment. Our upstairs was hot in summer and freezing cold in winter, so I'm looking forward to things balancing out a bitt after getting our insulation topped up and baffles installed. As a bonus, they even took care of an unsealed register that a previous contractor left gaping.

  Logik just completed my attic insulation which was at 6 inches. Now it’s at R60 approximately 22 inches. Corey and his associate ( did not get his name, but super nice guy ) did a fantastic job. So clean and neat. I had no cleaning to do. From the office to the field workers, Logik is the company to use. Truly a 5 star experience!

  The guys Sean, Ben and CJ were absolutely outstanding! They were so helpful identifying a raccoon issue in my attic and rectified the entry points. They did a professional job with the insulation in my attic and vent sealing as well as window sealing. I must say they went above and beyond and I would recommend this wonderful team to anyone.

  From the initial quote to the final installation, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The entire team was organized, responsive, and made the process completely hassle-free. They also helped me arrange a payment plan through Home Depot, which I really appreciated. A special mention goes to Corey and Mike, who completed the installation at our home today. They did an excellent job despite having to work in extremely challenging conditions. The outside temperature was around 33°C, and I can only imagine how much hotter it must have been inside the attic with little to no ventilation. I was genuinely concerned that they might suffer from heat exhaustion because of the conditions they were working in. I would like to make one humble request to the management. On days when temperatures are exceptionally high like today, if possible, please consider scheduling attic jobs earlier in the morning. I understand this may not always be practical from a business perspective, but seeing those two hardworking professionals endure such extreme heat was genuinely disheartening. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend your team. Thank you for the outstanding work!
