Not a great service at all. They broke my neighbor's vent and never fixed it plus their workers left pizza crusts and empty pop cans infront of my neighbors house. He never returned my calls. Shingle nails all around the neighbors house as well. *Edit: I never bought your crew pizza.

  Reply from the business

Hello Bobken, this is unfortunate, however this issue was not from our doing, as we are very respectful of our clients & their neighbors homes. Our phone line is always open, so if there was a problem we would have been glad to have corrected the problem for your neighbour, as we are known for our professionalism. However, we are very appreciative for you buying the crew pizza that day as a gesture of how satified and happy you were with our service. Have a lovely day ahead.

Mega City Roofing did a fine job of installing the GAF Roofing System. Tom Geo provided a thorough quote and timely answered any questions I had. When the work was performed, the Mega City team were polite and professional, and did a complete job site cleanup afterwards. I would have no hesitation to contract the Mega City Roofing team again.

Professional from start to finish. Communication with Tom was prompt, straightforward, no-nonsense, and supportive. I recommend Mega City Roofing. We had a quickly deteriorating 20 year old roof, with a solar microfit system. Tom helped us navigate the process, worked with the solar contractor's schedule, and walked us through every detail of the damage and recommended mitigations. The crew were polite, considerate, and most importantly took great care in the clean-up after the project was completed.
