Anthony came out to check a roof leak that showed up while we were away. We had recently bought the home, so we called Miller & Sons Roofing & Remodeling, the crew that had installed the roof before. The roof was still in great shape, with solid shingles, good flashing, and no roofing issues at all. Anthony took the time to inspect everything carefully and found that the leak was not coming from the roof. It turned out a damaged sprinkler head was spraying water up into the soffit each morning, which was causing the moisture problem. He saved us from an unnecessary roof repair and helped us figure out the real source of the issue. We really appreciated the honest inspection, the clear explanation, and the strong condition of the roof work already done. Highly recommend for reliable roofing service and straightforward help.

earl was very professional and easy to work with on my roof replacement in Belmar. he answered all of my questions, explained the roofing process clearly, and was quick to return phone calls. the estimate was very fair and reasonable for the work being done. the crew showed up early in the morning, got the shingles and other roofing materials installed efficiently, and finished by early afternoon. after the job was done, earl came back to do a final quality check, look over the flashing and cleanup, and make sure all of my concerns were handled. i am very happy with the workmanship and the appearance of my new roof, and i would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or a full roof replacement.

I had a really great experience with this roofing team. They installed my roof years ago, and recently I noticed a small leak near the eaves and some water coming in around the chimney flashing. The office scheduled a service visit very quickly, and Geoffrey arrived a few minutes early so I could explain what had been going on. He inspected the roof carefully, found a couple of roofing issues, and fixed them right away at no charge. It was clear he knew his way around shingles, flashing, and chimney leak repair. It is hard to find a roofer that stands behind their work, so I really appreciated the fast response, honest service, and professional follow-up. This was an easy and reassuring experience, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone in Belmar who needs reliable roof repair or roof maintenance.

My experience with this roofing company was completely positive. Their communication was clear and timely from the start. The estimator who came out to check the roof was professional, helpful, and easy to talk to. The roofing quote was fair, and the project schedule worked well for our needs. The crew arrived early in the morning and got right to work on the roof replacement. A dumpster was delivered shortly after, and the whole roofing job was finished by late afternoon since our roof is not very large. After the crew left, I checked around the property and was amazed by how clean everything was. I could not find any old shingles, roofing debris, or loose nails anywhere. I had also asked the office to make sure the dumpster was removed early the next morning because we had other work planned for the driveway. It was picked up promptly, exactly as requested. The next day, Nolan came by for a quality check and did a careful inspection of the finished roof. He also went over the area again with a magnetic nail sweeper to make sure nothing was left behind. As an added touch, he even sealed a crack in our chimney flashing area. I really cannot think of anything they could have done better. They were organized, responsive, respectful of our property, and did excellent roofing work. I would highly recommend them to anyone in Belmar who needs roof repair or a full roof replacement.

I was connected with Miller & Sons Roofing & Remodeling through a community i manage in Belmar. As a Community Association Manager, i work with many Boards and thousands of homeowners, and i never hesitate to send geoffrey and the crew to a roofing job. They are professional, respectful, and easy to work with, and our residents are consistently happy with the finished results. They have helped our communities with roof leak inspections, flashing repairs, shingle and flat roof work, drywall patching after water intrusion, carpentry repairs, and even major roof replacements and structural restoration on multi-building properties. Whether the project is small or a large commercial-scale roofing restoration, ross gives every job the same level of care, communication, and attention to detail. earl also made sure the work areas stayed organized and safe, which is especially important in occupied community buildings. Their knowledge of exterior systems and roofing materials has made them a trusted choice for our associations.

i came home during lunch and found a leak coming through the ceiling. i asked a few neighbors who to call, and several of them recommended miller & sons roofing & remodeling, so i made the call right away. what started as a stressful roofing problem turned into one of the best service experiences i have had. geoffrey showed up that same afternoon, even while it was raining, and quickly secured the roof with a tarp to stop the water from getting in. he explained the issue clearly, answered my questions, and made the whole process easy to understand. the turnaround was impressively fast, and i chose a beautiful 50-year architectural shingle roof. the installation crew worked hard, stayed professional, and paid close attention to detail from start to finish. when the job was done, the cleanup was so thorough it looked like no one had even been there. the new roof looks great, gives me real peace of mind, and i would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or roof replacement.

My insurance claim for hail damage was first denied, but the roofing team stepped in and worked directly with my insurance agent to help get approval for a full roof replacement in Belmar. earl came to my home and took time to review every part of the project with me, including shingle color, gutters, roof inspection, estimate, and scheduling. ross made sure no detail was missed, and they checked every area of the roof for possible leaks and replaced rotted roof decking where needed. They really went above and beyond. nolan and the crew also painted the roof vents, removed old satellite equipment, and made sure everything looked clean and finished when the job was done. Communication was great from start to finish, and they kept me updated before, during, and after the roof installation. i felt comfortable through the whole process, and every question was answered clearly. The crew worked efficiently, protected the property well, and completed the roof on my 3200 square foot home in just one day. i was very happy with the workmanship, the cleanup, and the overall service. i have a lot of good things to say about this roofer and the way they handled the entire project.
