  We were happy with the finished roof from Hernandez Family Roofers. The crew who handled the roofing work were professional, efficient, polite, and clearly took pride in the job. marvin and the team explained the process well, kept the area clean, and made sure the shingles, flashing, and skylight work looked solid and well done. Any concerns we had after the installation were eventually addressed in a much better way than expected. After a strong storm with heavy rain and hail in Jackson Township, we noticed a leak and later some skylight damage, but the follow-up service turned into a positive experience. roger stayed in contact, helped us understand the warranty coverage, and made sure the skylight issue was handled the right way so the warranty stayed protected. The repairs took care of the leaking area, and it gave us peace of mind knowing the roof system was checked over carefully. We are pleased with the roof, the workmanship, and the support afterward. leonard and the crew showed real care for the details, and i feel much more confident now about the roof, the skylight, and the long-term protection over our home. Overall, it was a good experience and we are glad the roof stays in strong shape after the storm.

  We were really glad we called for roofing help. Leonard arrived on time, answered my texts right away, and quickly understood what was needed for our roof repair. Our newer home had trim come loose where the siding meets the roofline, and Marvin did an excellent job fixing it. While he was there, he also inspected the roof, found two other potential issues, and took care of them before they turned into bigger problems. We also had gutter guards installed, which was a smart upgrade for our home in Jackson Township because they help keep the gutter system flowing properly through heavy rain and seasonal debris. Roger showed up on time as well and noticed a small issue that needed adjustment, and he fixed that too. We got three estimates, and I am very happy we chose this roofing company.
