  Improper installation. Didn't follow manufacturers instructions. Missing fasteners. Left out items in the contract. Dumpster remained for a week blocking driveway. Lots of basic mistakes by a terrible crew.

  Werner, it is unfortunate that after everything, you have decided to stoop down to this level and write this erroneous review. We installed your roof perfectly. When you complained about some minor issues, we came back out to your home and addressed your concerns by making your requested alterations to the roof. Then when it came time for you to pay us for the roof, you decided to completely drop off the map and ignore us entirely. We pleaded with you to pay us for several months. Finally, you left us no choice and we had to file suit in order to get paid from you. Our reputation in the roofing industry is excellent. It will not be marred by your vain attempt to slander us.

  Emily, your roof is not leaking. We told you this the day that we installed your roof. We sent Elite Chimney NJ to your home to inspect your chimney and they confirmed that your chimney chase cover is the cause of the leak and that it needs to be replaced. I spoke to your home inspector. He has very limited knowledge of roofs and chimneys. He did not even go up on to your roof to inspect it, yet you are choosing to ignore the guidance of experts and heed the advice of this inspector who did a poor job of inspecting your roof and chimney. Your accusation that we are acting as though your problem is "no big deal" is completely without merit. We take reports of leaks from our customers very seriously. We have responded promptly to each and every one of your emails and phone calls. We have been telling you since the day that your roof was installed, that you need to have your chimney chase cover replaced. The chase cover has absolutely nothing to do with the new roof that we installed and is not even anywhere near the roof. Once you replace the chase cover, you will not experience any further leaking.

  We had a great experience with Fortified Roofing. From their salesman Cesar to Joe and Henry and the rest of the crew that replaced our roof everyone was friendly and professional. They were in and out in a day and a half with everything cleaned up and back to normal. I would highly recommend them!

  I just signed my contract with them, and they have been great. Cesar in particular has been absolutely fantastic. He has been on top of things from the moment he knocked on my door, answering every question, providing me with everything I need. And their price match guarantee is not just for show either. They followed through on it when I was able to provide a lower quote. They earned my business without a doubt. I will update when the install is complete, but if their workmanship is anything like what I've seen so far, I expect it to be professional and high quality. Update - The roof was installed, and far sooner and faster than anticipated. The workers stayed late to finish it all in one day. Further, it has now withstood several major storms without any sign of damage or leaking. They took care to clean up after themselves, and made sure everything was done right.

  Got an online quote for a new roof and then had someone come out to my place to go over details. Ended up signing a contract with them. Later they called with an install date and did install on that date. Everything was great. No complaints. Highly recommended!

The installers worked hard and fast and knew what they were doing. The supervisor was friendly and knowledgeable. These people were all pros and did a fantastic job!   The whole experience with Fortified Roofing was professional and courteous. The initial appointment/inspection was comprehensive and straight forward. There were no gray areas in the contract. We received notice three days before the work started and when the dumpster would arrive, giving us a reasonable time to let the neighbors know about the work. The crew worked from early morning to early evening. The laid tarp on all the property debri would be expected, including areas of our neighbors' property that might possibly be affected. When they finished the clean up was thorough. Then removed all of the debri, raked the property, use the blowers to clean the sidewalk on the property and cleaned the back deck off. We highly recommended Fortified Roofing!!
