  Everything is subcontracted. Good luck communicating with the crew and supervising your own job. You’re essentially left to deal with the subcontractors yourself while the company sits back and manages everything remotely. If you expect the company you hired to actually oversee the work and ensure it’s done correctly, look elsewhere. Save yourself the stress—stay away.

  Don, We’re sorry you experienced water damage — we understand how stressful that can be. However, FB Roofing & Siding did not install or replace your windows. We installed your siding about 5-6 years ago. You hired a separate contractor for the window installation, and the leak was traced to the window areas, which were outside our scope of work. We came out to inspect the issue and addressed what we could, but we cannot assume responsibility for work performed by another contractor. As for the siding color, fading is not an installation issue — it falls under the manufacturer’s material warranty. We are always willing to assist customers with warranty claims when needed. We stand behind the siding work we completed and wish you the best moving forward.

  Just like the rest. I was given their name bc a friend knows them although never used them. Called to set up an appt. They called the Friday before to confirm to make sure I would be there but the day of they never showed up. I had to rearrange my entire schedule. Get other people to pick up my kids. I called them for 2 days and only got an answering machine. Left messages on their Facebook. On the 3rd day a woman answered apologized some with no real excuse. Said someone would get back to me. That was a week ago. Meanwhile my roof is only getting worse. This is the 5th roofer I have called. Worst people to deal with.

  What a waste of time and energy! Our presumably "too small a job" (8-9k) that they rudely turned down, would have turned into great review, friends and family recommendations and a much bigger 60k jobs down the line. But they do not deserve money or recommendations if they can't honor an appointment or call to cancel. I was shocked by Sofia's terrible customer service. I left two voicemails during our schedule time, asking if they were still coming, and WAITED AN HOUR with no updates. I figured they must have had an emergency. Because, for a "normal" person, it takes a minute to call or text. When I finally did reach them the next day, Sofia was no longer the polite person from last week, but rude and abrupt and with no explanation said: "We are not interested". When I asked how does she know that she is not interested if they did not come, I found out THAT THEY HAD QUIETLY SCOPED OUT THE HOUSE, decided not to take the job, and did not bother to let me know. My 2 hrs are very valuable. Maybe I will send you a bill for 500$ for waiting. If customers are penalized for not showing up, why can't we penalize the business for being flaky. Sofia, it’s your job to handle appointments and cancellations properly, but clearly, you don’t care about your reputation or your customers' time. Good luck with the business and the fake 5 star reviews.

  Frank came out for an estimate and took photos on replacing the facia on the front and back of my house. He sent an estimate a week later that included replacing other work that was not damaged and did not need to be replaced. I wanted to use him and asked for a revised estimate for the work I wanted replaced not what he wanted to replace. After several phone calls Frank and Sofia never responded and never sent a revised estimate. Do not use him. He pads the estimate and does not respond. I had the facia replaced by another contractor at half his estimated price, did a beautiful job, and did not need to give a deposit up front.

  Sophia is the best! She gave us the most honest accessment of our facia board and roof. The work they did on our ventilation pipes through the roof was excellent! Thanks to Manuel! We will be using them for our facia bard work and upcoming roof project! Can't go wrong with F&B Roofing!

  I would highly recommend FB Roofer to anyone who needs a new roof. They were professional, timely, clean and delivered on every promise they made. Roof was stripped to the play wood and replaced in one day as promised. To top it off, their prices were super competitive. Just a great company to work with.

  FB Removed my roof mounted attic fan and repaired a 1 1/2 foot hole from a varmint. Re-sheathed nice and installed a new Timberline roof in a day.Nicely done job

  Had my roof and gutters replaced by FB Roofing and Siding and they did a wonderful job! They were so easy to work with and very responsive with any questions. The job was completed quickly, the clean up was excellent and my house looks great!

  We used FB R&S for multiple house projects. Roofing, siding, gutters, and other misc work. Sophia and her team were exceptional! They did what they said they would - did it timely - and the price was very fair. Great overall experience.
