  Paid cash ,guys came out did a good job with the gutters, but unfortunately put downspouts in a spot causing flooding in my basement with the next rain that came (and current rains). Quickly called my contact at the company and sent pictures. He told me he would have somebody come out and mitigate the situation, but I have had no answers for around a month now. I’ve actually had to dig up part of my yard and create a berm to mitigate this myself. Just looking for someone to stand on their word and work. Very disappointing.

  Needed an estimate said they would be out between 9-11. No one showed or called. I called Them at 11 they said they were on their way. Someone called me a hour and 15 later saying he will be there in 50 minutes. I told Him to turn around. Friendly but also ruined my day and my mothers 2 hour after waiting 2 hours just doesn’t work.

  All Point installed new gutters on our newly purchased home, and the experience was excellent. They noticed details other companies might have missed—for example, they pointed out that the nails on our roof weren’t sealed. Even though it wasn’t part of the gutter installation estimate, they took the time to seal them for no extra charge. Their estimate was free, and they were very accommodating with our schedule, working around our other projects and appointments. The workmanship and customer service were both top-notch, and we truly appreciate the extra care they provided. I would definitely recommend All Point for gutter work.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently hired All Point Roofing & Chimney for a full roof replacement and chimney repair on our property in Jersey City, New Jersey, and the experience exceeded every expectation we had. After dealing with multiple leaks and poor workmanship from another contractor, we contacted several roofing companies in Hudson County, but All Point Roofing & Chimney was by far the most professional and knowledgeable from the beginning. Izzy came out quickly and performed a complete roof inspection using drone technology, which allowed us to clearly see damaged shingles, failing flashing, and soft spots in the plywood decking that were causing water infiltration inside the house. What made this company stand out was their honesty and communication. They explained every step of the roofing process in detail and provided a very organized estimate for the roof replacement, including new plywood decking, GAF Ice & Water Shield, synthetic underlayment, drip edge, ridge ventilation system, chimney flashing, and GAF architectural shingles. The crew showed up on time every morning, worked extremely hard, and kept the property surprisingly clean throughout the project. Living in Jersey City, space and parking can be difficult, but the team handled everything professionally and respectfully with our neighbors as well. During the project they also discovered hidden chimney issues that could have become a major structural problem later on. Instead of cutting corners, they took the time to rebuild and properly waterproof the chimney area using new flashing, mortar work, and sealing techniques to prevent future leaks. The final result looks absolutely incredible. Our home not only looks brand new, but we finally feel secure during heavy rainstorms knowing the roof was installed correctly.
