  An excellent roofer to work with for any roofing needs. I met with Bryce for a free estimate, and he found major hail damage on my roof and clearly explained my options. I decided on a full roof replacement. He quickly put a tarp over the leak to protect the home until the insurance adjuster finished the review and approval. Once that was done, the roofing crew got started right away. The team did a great job installing the new roof and paid close attention to the details from start to finish. They kept me informed, worked efficiently, and made sure the property was cleaned up well after the job. I am very pleased with the workmanship and the way the whole process was handled. I highly recommend this roofing company in Hartsville for anything from a small roof repair to a complete roof replacement. I am very happy with the final results.

  I want to thank Bryce and the crew for finally giving me peace of mind with my roof and upper deck. For a long time, I had a leak coming from the upper deck area, and after dealing with several contractors, the problem still was not fixed. It had become very stressful. Once I connected with Bryce, I could tell right away I was making the right choice. He listened carefully to every concern, inspected the deck and roofing area thoroughly, and quickly found the source of the leak. The crew worked hard, stayed professional, and did excellent roofing and repair work. After that, I also had them handle another roof job, and once again their honesty, skill, and attention to detail really stood out. They explained the process clearly, used quality materials, and made sure everything was sealed and finished the right way for lasting protection. The whole experience was smooth, and my home finally feels secure again. I am very happy with the results and will definitely call them for future roofing work.

  We hired a roofing crew in Hartsville to upgrade our attic and roof ventilation. They removed the old attic insulation, sealed air gaps between the second floor and attic, and installed new cellulose insulation up to R-60. As part of the project, they also replaced the chimney flashing to stop a roof leak, which gave us extra peace of mind during Tennessee storms and summer heat. They connected insulated ductwork from two bathroom exhaust fans to new roof vents and added weatherstripping to the attic access cover to help improve energy efficiency. From Peyton in sales to Bryce and Edwin on the installation team, everyone was easy to work with, professional, and clear about the process.   even though we had a slow start, things turned out better than i hoped. peyton was always polite, easy to work with, and quick to fix a mix-up from the sales side. on install day, i was surprised at how many roofers and crew members were up there at once, but that is how they got the roofing job done in one day. a neighbor even said he had never seen a full roof replacement move that smoothly before. after the new roof was finished, there was a small soffit issue, and peyton made sure it was taken care of right away. the shingle color matches my home perfectly, and the whole roof looks great. with the strong sun and storms we get in tn, it feels good to have a roof that looks solid and well done. some of the neighbors were even stopping to admire it. i also appreciated that there was no pressure for payment during the process, which is pretty uncommon now. i would absolutely recommend this roofing company.

  My experience with Miller & Sons Roofers LLC was spectacular from start to finish. They replaced our roof, put in new skylights, added a new attic fan, and finished the gutter and downspout work ahead of severe weather so the whole roofing system was protected in time. I really appreciated that extra effort without even having to ask. Peyton came out first to inspect the roof and explain what needed to be done. He was professional, easy to talk to, and answered every question in simple terms. The office team was organized, helpful, and detail-focused throughout the process. The proposal was clear, arrived quickly, and any follow-up questions I had were handled right away. Before the crew started, they confirmed the shingle color and job details, which gave me a lot of confidence. When the roofing team arrived, they carefully covered the areas around the house to protect everything during the tear-off and installation. They worked hard, stayed focused, kept the jobsite clean, and showed real skill with the shingles, flashing, skylights, attic ventilation, gutters, and downspouts.   If I could leave more than 5 stars for Miller & Sons Roofers LLC, I would. My wife and I bought a home and soon noticed a few roof leaks that needed attention. We had three roofing contractors come out to inspect the roof and give estimates. They were not the lowest price, but they were clearly the most professional, very knowledgeable about roofing, and took the time to explain the condition of the shingles, flashing, and problem areas. They also matched another quote we received, which saved us about $1,200, and that made the decision much easier. We really love the shingle color we chose, and the whole roof looks sharp and fits the house well. Bryce was great to work with, easy to talk to, and helpful throughout the process. After we paid the deposit, the roofing crew was out very quickly to start the new roof installation. They worked hard all day, stayed organized, and did a very solid job from start to finish. The new roof looks excellent, and we are very happy with the workmanship. It gave us peace of mind knowing the leaks were fixed and the house was protected. There was a small cleanup issue at first with a little trash and a few nails left around the driveway and yard, but they responded right away when we called. They came back out promptly, cleaned everything up, and made sure the job was fully taken care of. That kind of follow-up and customer service really stood out.
