  I had a man named Darryl come out to give me an estimate to repair some leaks on my roof. After inspecting the roof he gave me his sales pitch as to why I should use his company, and I was favorably impressed. He said he would give me an estimate by the end of the week, so I patiently waited, but after about 2 weeks I called the company and was told they would shortly have the estimate to me. I waited a few more days and then called back and spoke to the owner and he guaranteed me that that I would have the estimate by the end of the day. Instead, a day later I received a voice mail from Darryl saying that they wouldn’t be bidding on the work due to the “extent” of the work. I called back and again talked to the owner, and said I didn’t understand why that was the case considering he was already on the roof and knew exactly what the job entailed at the time he tried to sell me on using Millennium Makeover, and he said he didn’t know, so I asked him if Darryl could call me back and explain what he meant by that statement, given that he was the one in the first place who tried to convince me to go with them, and the owner said he would contact me, but a week later there has been no reply. I believe the unprofessional behavior of this company is rooted in canvasing the area trying to collect as many potential bids to fill up their queue, and if they later decide that the job isn’t as profitable as others then they don’t bother with it. I have since received estimates from reputable companies in the range of $2500-5,000, so I have no idea what was meant by the “extent” of the work, but if these guys can’t be bothered to follow-up during the sales portion of the client interaction, I am sure they would be no where to be found if something went wrong with the actual work.

It looks like you might have misunderstood what we communicated with you. We mentioned that we felt your roof was in too bad of shape to be able to repair it to our high standards. Because of the poor condition, we simply couldn’t be able to assure you that the repair would completely stop the leaking for good. As we discussed, we offered you a re-roof estimate option and you declined it saying you were reviewing 2-3 other proposals for the repair. We then thanked you for the opportunity and advised that you proceed with whatever you were most comfortable with. Again, we appreciate your feedback and wish you the best!

  They do not stand behind their work. Jon's men did not fix my roof the 1st time correctly & then wouldn't come back to repair it after I realized there was a leak still. He said " we don't own the leak". They're not even worth 1 star.

  Hi Toby, We apologize that you had a poor experience however it's important to disclose what actually happened. You hired us for a "Leak Repair" on a very old roof. We not only repaired the roof to your satisfaction but we also offered a 1 year service warranty. Within the one year, the leak re-appeared and we came back to reassess and repaired the area again.   Super Company very responsive they did a lovely job taking the roof off as well as putting the new one on. It was amazing to see the metal panels being built right in front of my house. I was so happy I posted it on Facebook as well as thiey cleaned up so nicely, I was very very impressed. I will definitely refer to my friends and family !. Thank you 😊
