  I met with with Frank who inspected my roof and was told he would email an estimate same day. I never heard back and that was 3weeks ago. I have called twice and spoke to the receptionist who offered no apology or explanation, but told me each time that Frank would reach out. I have yet to receive any word. Very unprofessional company. I regret having taken off work to meet with them. Be warned. Do not use this company.

  EJM was an excellent roofer and very dedicated to his work. I would recommend him for any job! The job was hindered by rain, and as replacing the soffit was rather extensive, I believe it would have been better to have an assistant from start to finish.

  We were initially anticipating that Midwest Roofing would tell us we need a whole new roof after they did their inspection, but instead they identified a small but real leak in a gasket of some kind that needed a fix. I like that they put their findings on video to show the homeowner so we dont just have to take their word for it. They also gave us a several year estimate on the longevity of our roof which was very reassuring and spoke to their honesty and credibility. Their representative Elliot was very thorough, courteous, and professional. He even performed a temporary fix on the same day as the inspection to carry us over until the permanent fix could be performed a couple weeks later. On the day they performed the permanent fix, Chris finished the project quickly and without disruption to our life. Included is the photo of the fix they performed. Would recommend Midwest Roofing to anyone!

  Extremely pleased with the new roof and gutters. Colton did a great job identifying the damage and working with the insurance company to get the repairs approved. Justin and his crew worked around weather to get the job done quickly. The gutter guys were great and it really improved the appearance. I would recommend Midwest Roofing because of the quality of their work and knowledge working with insurance.

  We had an issue with a leak around pipes where they go up through the roof. Chris communicated with me about what exactly he was doing and kept me informed throughout the repair process. He replaced old, worn out parts with newer varieties, and our roof is ready for the next round of rain.
