  Joe called to change the time a few days before an appointment that I set up weeks in advance and then was a no call no show! Extremely disrespected of my time as I was on a vacation day to accommodate the appointment.

  I sincerely apologize for letting you down. I appreciate that you entrusted me to provide the service you needed, but I simply dropped the ball. I regret that I wasted your time. However, I do admit I was wrong and didn’t perform as I should have. I’ve learn from this situation, and I am the sole person responsible this failure. Once again, my apologies Joe Jewett

  Joel and Armando were wonderful and personable. They have one of those working relationships where you can tell they enjoy what they do and each others company. Service was was quick, efficient and clean. Both very knowledgeable. I look forward to not having to worry about chimney this winter!

  Review from Robert Ryan - Joel came by to inspect, clean, and ensure that our fireplace would be ready for use this season and the next. He took his time thoroughly inspecting both the inside and outside of the fireplace. He also provided helpful suggestions on what we could add to better protect our wooden floors. Joel came fully prepared with all the necessary supplies to keep our floors and surrounding areas clean and well-maintained. He was not only well-prepared but also very pleasant to work with. Additionally, we realized our ladder wasn’t tall enough to replace an outdoor light bulb, and Joel graciously offered to help us with that as well. If you're looking for someone to inspect your fireplace and chimney, I highly recommend giving Joel a call. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and truly passionate about his work. It's rare to find such a genuine professional, and you can tell he takes great pride in his business. You’ll be in excellent hands with Joel. Thank you, Joel!

  We love Midwest Chimney! Joe came out and did a free inspection of our chimney and wood burning stove. Our house is from 1939 so we didn't want to use them until having them inspected. Joe was so knowledgeable and gave us a discount to clean both and cap our chimney. He is a very honest businessman and does not overcharge. In addition he is a great storyteller and an overall good person. We will always use Midwest Chimney!
