They installed our original slate roof and it's beautiful. But, we've been trying get them to make some repairs for over 6 months now. They repeatedly say they will get back to schedule something but never do. I would think they would want to keep their customers happy. Not responsive and unprofessional.

The metal roof on our home had been installed poorly before we moved in. William and the crew did an excellent job with the flashing and roof repairs, and they stopped the leaks we had been dealing with. They also made sure the roof was well protected from future water intrusion. I would gladly recommend them to anyone who needs roofing repair work. They were willing to handle a short-term patch if needed, but they clearly explained why a more complete repair would last longer and be a better value. Their advice was honest and practical, especially for a home that deals with strong sun and seasonal weather in CA. Communication took a little follow-up on my end, but they stayed professional, kept the job moving, and delivered exactly what they promised. The final price matched the original quote, and the quality of the roofing work gave me real peace of mind. I would absolutely use them again for any roof repair or flashing work in the future.
