A tree fell on my house in the South Lakes region of Reston. They responded with great promptness. I fully appreciate the detailed explanations, professionalism and honesty of this team. Because of discontinued shingles, the Reston association requires the entire roof be replaced so that shingles match. They found no damage to warrant a repair. That’s how honest this company is.

Peter, thank you for the kind words! You’re right, Reston has ordinances about roofing and siding that many people may not know about, especially when it comes to discontinued shingles. And just because they’re discontinued and a tree fell on it doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with it! Happy to declare your home is still in good health!

Our Condo owners are very pleased by the work that David and his men did on the roofs of our buildings. We had a nasty build up of algae that took about double the normal hours and soft wash solution to abate. They are professional, reasonably priced, and will see the job through to an excellent conclusion.

I’m writing an overdue but very well-deserved review. This is the second time David has come to the rescue for both me and one of my clients, and once again he delivered. David is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also extremely detail-oriented, which I believe is crucial in any kind of customer service. He takes the time to explain things clearly, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, he has a great personality and is easy to talk to, which makes working with him a pleasure. Most importantly, the quality of his work truly stands out. If you’re looking for someone reliable who takes pride in what they do, David is definitely the one to call. Thank you again David!! I appreciate you!

We had a great experience working with David and his team replacing our siding and roofing earlier this year. Throughout the process, they were honest, transparent, and kept us informed every step of the way. What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to quality. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The final result looks fantastic, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy siding/roofing contractor!

We have had an outstanding experience working with Dave and his crew. After a severe wind storm caused significant damage to our siding and multiple roofs (both our home and barns), Dave's professionalism, communication, and expertise for our storm restoration has been exceptional. Throughout the project, he and his team have been reliable, respectful of our property, and committed to doing the job right. The quality of the work speaks for itself. What really set him apart, though, was his knowledge of the proper documentation required by the insurance company. There were several complex challenges that were handled with confidence and persistence. Thanks to MRI’s experience, we were able to secure tens of thousands of dollars more in coverage than initially offered. We’re incredibly grateful for his hard work and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of repairs or restoration work. A true professional in every sense.
