The team at LAB Exteriors was great to work with from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, transparent, and honest. We especially liked supporting a locally owned business. We highly recommend them and would definitely go to them in the future for any other work we may need.

We couldn't be happier with our experience with LAB Exteriors! They replaced our vinyl siding with James Hardie siding, installed new oversized gutters, replaced our front double doors with ProVia Signet doors, and completed all of the exterior trim work. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. Alex and his team were honest, transparent, and professional from start to finish. After getting several quotes, we truly felt they offered the best value for the quality of work they delivered. We highly recommend LAB Exteriors and would absolutely hire them again for future projects!

Melvin arrived on time. He checked the disconnected gutter and downspout. But he did not have commercial connector. He said he could make one using some pieces of metal sheets in his truck. He said the results would be the same as commercial ones. I planned to wait for one month to see if what he said is true. However, no issues so far after a few rainy days. So I decided to write this rating today. I am satisfied so far. I will continue to observe for a few weeks. Communications were good also. Front desk Emily was effective to set up an appointment for me. Although no one called me on the day of estimate, but Melvin actually was already on the way here. Thanks very much for their good jobs.

I was really happy and had good experience working with Brandon, and Alex of Lab Exterior. I live in Falls Church, Virginia, behind Lowmans Plaza. They are true professionals, helped me guide thru the insurance process to get my roof replaced. Since i have a big house and large roof surface.Everything was done as they had promised, and within budget. I referred them to my neighbor and friend Carol Ofiesh. And she also got her roof replaced working with Brandon and Alex of Lab Exterior. I would very strongly recommend them for any of your Roofing or other housing projects. Job Well done!

Lab Exterior did an awesome job on our roof. They made the whole process easy from start to finish and were great to work with the entire time. They worked directly with our insurance company, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt taken care of through everything. We live in a townhome and they were able to get the whole job done in just one day, which was impressive. The crew was professional, honest, and the work came out great. They definitely did not disappoint. Highly recommend Lab Exterior if you need roofing work done.

We had our window bump out siding replaced by Lab Exterior. I was amazed by their craftsmanship. From consultation to completion, everything was so smooth. The owner, Brandon was very professional and his crews were amazing. I’ve had so many work done on my house, by far this company is the best. After job was done, they cleaned up so well, I didn’t even find a single nail. I don’t normally write reviews but I feel like fantastic company like this should get rewarded by more business. I will definitely call this company back when I need to get exterior work done. Thank you Brandon and his unbelievable crews!
