This review is LONG over due and is directly to the owner Ray. Please calm down. If the customer neglects to understand something, please take time to listen to their concerns instead of yelling at them out of frustration. You are frustrated because you miss represented items. Oh by the way, I know you over charged me on the plywood. By 2 boards.

We were very pleased with the quality and pricing on our new roof installation by Metro Renovator. Two quotes from larger companies were more than 50% higher than the two local companies, including Metro so getting quotes does make a big difference and their review ratings matched or exceeded the others. The owner, Raymond Lee, and their crew were great to work with. Raymond was there during key times of the roof, gutter, and skylight installation, making sure everything went well and was very helpful resolving minor issues as they came up. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable contractor and a nicely finished product they can count on for a quality roof.

The Metro Renovator Group Inc. and the owner Raymond were fantastic. Raymond (owner) & Joe (PM) were engaged throughout the entire project. The team was professional, courteous, efficient, and friendly. Raymond basically made mountains move so that our project started early, and finished with everything and I mean everything being cleaned up at the end. I will be recommending Metro Renovator to anyone needing their roof repaired or replaced.
