We hired 1Roof after positive reviews from neighbors and reading these reviews online. Unfortunately, our roof replacement experience was not positive. A few of the issues we encountered: (1) on install day, the sales person was never on site, we could not reach him when an issue arose, and the crew had never heard of him; (2) the crew asked my wife to go to Lowes to buy plywood to put on the roof; and (3) after the roof was installed, we hired a licensed inspector to examine the roof and the inspection report found several issues, concluding that "[t]he roofing is improperly installed.” 1Roof sought to subsequently fix the issues after the inspector raised them, but it has been a headache from the start of installation. I would not recommend this company.

The 1Roof team was a referral from a friend and didn't disappoint. Assessment of the problem was quick and thorough. The work was clean and timely and I'm quite confident in the repair. I will definitely use them again.

Bobby at 1Roof was quick to respond to our inquiry for a synthetic cedar shingle roof. He came out within a day or so and provided a proposal. He is very knowledgable on roofing, a preferred installer with the Brava product, and he was on-site throughout the entire project. The crew did an mazing job cleaning up. We could not be happier with the final product.

1ROOF exceeded our expectations when replacing our roof and siding after a recent hailstorm impacted nearly everyone in our neighborhood. Instead of going with one of the 25 installers that came knocking, we went with a neighbors recommendation of 1ROOF and not only did they deal with our insurance company well, but also took on additional areas that wen over and above the call (finding vendors for hard-to-replace windows) and ensured everything was done right, fixing anything that was found after the fact quickly. Not only that, their communication was great and their Project Manager Nate was very personable. I highly recommend them.
