  I had Ali come out to look at my roof. He helped me submit a claim to my insurance for wind and hail damage. We set the insurance inspection pretty far out to accommodate his schedule. He told me he would have his team back out to follow up and gather evidence prior to the inspection. They never came. The morning of the insurance inspection he texted and said he wouldn’t be able to make it

  Ignored 2 "No Soliciting Signs" and still knocked on the door. If this business can't take "no" for an answer, and just MUST talk to someone, then they must be high pressure sales experts. "No Soliciting" means just that: "No". I noticed other reviews with 1 star for the same problem. I wouldn't trust a business that must rely on door-to-door sales, good work should speak for itself and get recommended by neighbors, not sales people who can't or won't take "No" for an answer, even if it's written twice.

  Came into my no solicit neighborhood and left yard signs and everyone’s yard without our knowledge. Unacceptable behavior this company has only been in business for three years and they are shady. Will be submitting a report to Department of insurance.

  Called for a roofing estimate. I was told someone would call me back. I got an email shortly after I called that they do not service townhomes. If you own a townhome, don't waste your time calling them for a roofing repair.

  Leon Joubert from Absolute Roofing came to our home to introduce us to their services. We received excellent service from Leon and the entire team at AR. We were surprised to learn that our home's roof had been damaged by prior storms and we were schooled on how this could impact the value and integrity of our home down the road. Thanks to AR we now have a new roof at no expense other than our insurance deductible. The entire process went down without a hitch and was handled professionally by all involved.   Really a wonderful experience from start to finish. I was skeptical at first when they rang my doorbell. But I checked references and was satisfied they were reputable. Actually, they were much more than that. They worked diligently and professionally with my insurance company to ensure that all the needs were covered. This took a lot of effort on their part, but they wanted to make sure my needs were met. Once that was done they sent a team of workers (7 people?) to make sure the job was done right and and completed in one day. Throughout the process they emphasized the clean up and they actually exceeded my expectation. The next day i did a walk around the house ready to pick up anything left behind, but i did not find more than one small handful of trash. They exceeded my expectations in every way. I know this is a glowing review and might cause you to be suspicious that it was a "put up job", but i assure you that they are my sincere feelings and that there is/was no reason for me to be biased or to post anything but the truth.

  Easiest people to work with contacted them for a free inspection Ali came out pointed everything out to me and then helped me navigate the claim with Allstate leading to a full roof gutter / siding replacement. After that he helped 3 other neighbors get full roof and siding replacement as well due to hail damage from recent storms. Utmost professionalism, very knowledgeable, and was able to work with several different insurance companies in my neighborhood in Oakton Virginia to get everyone approved and also to make sure everything was fully covered, leaving us with just a deductible payment. Can’t thank these guys enough. Highly recommended!

  Had a great experience with Absolute Roofing. We filed a claim with our insurance company due to hail damage. Ali at Absolute Roofing was very helpful, he even took the time to get on a three-way call with my insurance company to answer their questions. It made the process less stressful for me. Our claim was approved and we had a new roof in a couple weeks. All-in-all, a great experience.

  We had a great experience with Absolute Roofing. They were able in remove our old roof and install our new roof in one day with minimal disruption to us. They ensured we were pleased with the job and had someone come by and do a second cleanup of our grounds to get any missed materials. Would highly recommend!

  Had roof replaced by Absolute Roofing. It was a pleasure to work with the team, Ryan, Garlin and others, and the project was absolutely beautifully done, no pun intended :) We were impressed by not only the quality of the work, but also the professionalism demonstrated in the way they carried out the work and how they interacted with us from the beginning to the end. Highly recommended.

  Punctual and workmanlike. No issues were not addressed, most before I even knew about them. Good level of Supervision and communication. Great follow up. They did my own residence and two other hail damaged properties. Over $50K total and all were done in a highly satisfactory manner. This is the company you want on your project.
