Horrible experience, Tony Baker - parent company in Oklahoma, very disappointed! they use unlicensed sub contract crews, getting them to finish was impossible, these guys were in over there head, I suggests having a third party inspect their work if you've let them do anything

The house looks spectacular! I wish I could post some pics on here. We did the walls and roof in Berridge standing seam. I went and looked at the house myself. The majority of our labor was from out hourly guys. Having wanted to finish the job in a timely manner I did send up a crew from Oklahoma to help with the roof, a crew who have been with the company 10 years. Having talked to Mr. Staten personally on two occasions I assured him that the small detail concerns would be done to his satisfaction. Tony and the guys in Kansas City are very diligent and hard working and I couldn’t be prouder of the quality of work they have put out. I know of at least 50+ trips that were made out to this project to ensure it was done to Mr Staten’s satisfaction, which was a very challenging endeavor! Mr Staten, I’m sorry that your stated experience was negative but I can honestly say we did our best to please you and did everything you asked of us. In addition, when the job was finished we provided the workmanship and Berridge warranties to you which met all manufacturer specifications and to my knowledge we have not had to return for any leak issues (which occurred and were caused during the multiple trades, work and new construction phase) or workmanship issues. It is disappointing that Mr Staten had to post this considering it’s the first negative review we’ve received as a company and only the second dissatisfied customer in over 10 years and well over a 1000 projects, but I will continue to stand behind our companies integrity and guarantee a quality job at a fair price.

Great job fixing storm damage. Took a couple extra days to schedule due to small size of work to do. 2nd time using this company. You would be wise to use them.

Phenomenal! Our new metal roof looks amazing. It cost a little over 10% more than a shingle roof and will last a lot longer. They have lots of colors to choose from. We can already tell a difference in the air inside, its fresh like …

Got the opportunity to work with Dustin recently on a project. I can’t say enough great things about him and his company as a roofing contractor. It’s really tough to find great subs. His guys are really really talented and do great work. Especially Coco love that guy.

Metalsbetter is one of the best contractors we have had on our new build. They came when they said they would, had sufficient crew to do the job, and they all did a great job. We were VERY impressed with their level of communication to …

If you are wanting a metal roof then look no further than Metalsbetter Roofing. Dustin kept me informed and made every effort to see that the job was completed to our satisfaction even though our covered deck was likely a small job for them. Thanks Dustin!

Dustin and the entire team at Metalsbetter Roofing did an excellent job on our Showroom at Kelly's Port. The team was very prompt, efficient, and did an excellent job at clean up. Unfortunately, our roof has leaked since it was built and their team went above and beyond to fix - could not be any happier with the entire team. Thank you!!

I’ve used Dustin for multiple metal roofing projects. His work always puts the cherry on top of my roofs. He’s always quick to respond to my inquiries and delivers a great product. Very professional and educated, if he wasn’t I wouldn’t recommend him-no such problem here! I will be using him many times over. If you need a metal guy, ask for Dustin.
