The only one or two-star review we hold for Metal Roof Factory.

the young lady in the front office needs to learn what customer service is! to express her frustration over back-shop/front office disagreements on a customer is pathetic. Luckily Tom stepped in and fixed my issue in 3 minutes!

Viktor, you showed up here expecting me to be able to do something for you and got upset when I told you I wasn't able. The only reason why Tom stepped in was because you threw a fit, slamming your piece of metal on the counter and raising your voice at me. The fact that you got what you came here for and still decided to leave the company a one star review over the fact that you couldn't be accommodated immediately says a lot more about you than it does about the company. You know that we make everything custom to order, as you sat here for an hour yesterday while we pushed your order through to get you the things you needed, even though we still had orders ahead of yours. I was pleasant to you the entire time yesterday, and even today when I told you I wouldn't be able to re-bend your pieces. The only reason you are leaving this bad review is because you didn't get what you wanted right away. Edited to add: I also told you how to fix your material yourself, and you didn't want to listen to me. Instead, Tom did exactly what I told you to do to fix the pieces.

Absolutely the Best in Brevard! I called The Metal Roof Factory needing a custom piece made, and they had it done in no time! The entire team here is absolutely fantastic—friendly, helpful, and truly know their stuff. From the moment I called to the moment I picked it up, the service was top-notch. Special shoutout to Chuck in the back—what an awesome guy! Super knowledgeable, fun to talk to, and clearly takes pride in what he does. You can tell this place runs on experience, efficiency, and great people. If you have any roofing needs—big or small—this is the place to go in Brevard County. Quality work, fast turnaround, and just good energy all around. Highly recommend!

Very prompt and courteous service, although the blue screws that they sold us for the blue tin were half an inch too short and not any good and we had to go with silver ones.

Well after calling everyone I could find on the local web I was directed to call "The Metal Roof Factory" I spoke to Bob and was taken care of the way I would want to be taken care of. First they were the only place that would deal with me in a small quantity but was treated like it was a thousand dollar order. I was told I could pick up the same day. WOW! I'm getting my order tomorrow. Thanks for the great service.
