  Charged me $500 and did nothing. Roof still leaks. Won't return calls. Mike likes to act tough and try to intimidate.

  I've had the privilege of working with Rebecca and Mike for just over a year now and have thoroughly enjoyed it. They are friendly and responsive which is very helpful to a property manager. We have had MCI complete numerous repairs and they are always done promptly and high quality. I highly recommend giving MCI a shot for your next roofing repair or project.

  I've now used MCI Roofing to replace roofs at two different residences. The crew was professional and kept the property clean. They worked fast, and when done, left no trace that they'd ever replaced the roof. Highly recommend MCI, job well done!

  Highly recommend! Mike is easy to talk to and will talk out all the options with you. His team are hard workers and don't leave any messes behind. We would use them again and recommend them to family and friends!

  We met with about 4 companies for our roof & gutters. MCI had done our neighbors' roof and was satisfied with them so we made sure they were one. Along the way their customer service was good. Price-wise they initially seemed a little higher than the other bids, but came in close (read on). We have a 1920's bungalow that had its last roof improperly installed. It had been patched multiple times, had spots with old damage from falling tree limbs, and had rotted areas. The midcentury addition connects to the house in a weird, uneven way, and that was a potential complication. The home used to have gutters (they were totally gone when we bought it) and had fascia board added years ago (for those of you who are architectural purists, we opted to leave that fascia rather than remove it). We are under oaks and wanted to add oversized gutters (6" K style). We also wanted to cut off a small section of roof over the back door. It was part of the odd addition and prevented a storm/screen door from being added. This company uses quality materials consistently AND their owner, Mike, routinely checked in and was on site for the work. He made sure to clarify what we wanted and really worked to get it right. They were fast and tidy. We are pretty uptight about stray nails or mess from the work as we are often barefoot and our dog uses the space, and they did an excellent sweep for nails. The roof is well-done. There was a ton of rotten wood that was replaced (and they replaced it in-kind, keeping with the age of the home, so not OSB nor plywood but boards). The gutters are good. We really were persnickety about where the downspouts went as we had trouble with water under the house. We've now had a number of heavy rains and it has made a huge difference with no negative visual impact (color = matches, downspouts = in good spots, etc.).   The MCI roofing team did an impeccable job at replacing my roof. The MCI team came as promised on time, removed and completely cleaned up all old shingles and debris and our down the new roof and it looks fantastic and workmanship is phenomenal. Would highly recommend the MCI roofing team to anyone considering a new roof—- friendly to work with and reasonably priced . Thank you MCI Roofing!

  Mike and his crew were awesome every step of the way. They guided us through the whole process of getting a new roof installation! He was attentive, courteous, patient and responsive. Highly recommend to anyone in the CLT area needing a new roof with the best materials and warranty!
