  Called requesting a quote for repairs after a hurricane. They stated their was a wait list. Which was no major issue since the hurricane only caused minor damage. However, never received any follow up after this.

  I would give zero stars if that were an option. Do not use Mcfall Roofing. Where do I even start? They are eager to get the deposit money. Once you pay your deposit money, good luck! No only did I have to hound them to even start the work after 2 or more excuses about them not being able to do the work because it might rain...Boy, let me tell you when they finally started the job it was excuse after excuse not to get the rough inspection to get to the final roofing, excuse after excuse after excuse. They lied about the back porch facia board not having a proper facia "just painted wood." They did not want to come out there to fix it properly had to withhold money to get the back porch facia fixed properly. But don't worry they will get you back charging $700 plus for supposed "extra materials and labor". All around unprofessional, save yourself the Hassel and find someone else who wants to do the work, do it propelry and not take advantage because you were right and they were wrong and did not want to take the time to drive back to the job. Bonus fact I had to supply proof in pictures to get them to fix the back porch facia. Then they still wanted to act like I'm wrong, no I live there I know what the back porch and roof area looked like before they were hired. I could keep going, use them at your own risk.

  My experience with this company is very bad. Not only didn't they block the street with all their personal vehicles. I guess they never heard of carpooling. Then they blocked my driveway with the trailer after my roof was done. No they were not considerate to at least and parked it to the one side of the driveway. They parked it dead center. How inconsiderate and unprofessional after telling me that it would be moved. Shame on you for not telling me the truth. Now I have to ask nearby neighbors if i can park in their driveways. They are not answering the two phone numbers they have listed, how convenient. So I guess they are leaving it for the weekend. I would not trust them to tell you the truth. I do not recommend them.

  Had an appointment scheduled with the owner for 11am to give me new roof estimate. I took time off on my lunch break from work - I get to my home 5 min early to wait . At 4 min till 11 , the owner calls me to tell me he is running a half hour late . Wasted my time which he seemed not to care - Going with another local roof contractor .

  Called twice to have someone repair small leak around vent stack. After speaking with office person and being told someone would come, nobody showed up. Crossing these folks off my list.

  Disappointing and frustrating to say the least. Hired them for a roof repair. First of all they kept moving me back took a week to get them there. Then they were not timely at all when they told me a time they were not here and when I called they said they were running a couple hours behind and always had an excuse for running late. Finally got it done after almost a week of on and off work, I got home the siding right under the roof wasn't there and had about 6 different gaps that you could see the underside of the roof (critter could pretty much get under my roof between inside roof and outside roof). Never got a call to inform me this. Then there was an excuse that they couldn't find that specific siding. The fascia was way smaller than the existing one but more excuses. Here we are a month and a half of calling weekly and nothing has been done yet. I would not recommend to anyone very unprofessional.

  Disappointed with the level of service we recieved. No call back when we had a leak and so we were forced to call another company. I do not revommed this company.

  Terrible customer service - No one showed up and no apology or explanation as to why. This is not good business and I would not recommend this company.

  Frequently, I see requests on various local social media pages asking for people to recommend roofing companies. All I can say is MCFALL, MCFALL, MCFALL. They HONOR their warranty and I hear most of the others do not. After the heavy rains a week or two ago, and seven years of Florida sun and rain and one of the coldest winters I can ever remember, my roof did spring a leak and I called MCFALL. ONE PHONE CALL, and they came out within an hour or two and had it fixed the same day. And they didn't just patch it, they FIXED it. And they replaced the other side which didn't have a problem yet. It was where a flat roof meets a hip roof and the roofer spent about 7 hours fixing the problem, and then replacing the other side to prevent any future problem. And I mean REPLACING with new material, NOT just patching and throwing down some gravel. Next time I need a new roof, there is only one outfit in Gainesville that I will call. They are local, family owned and have been here for decades. We are their friends and neighbors and they will treat us right. My handyman was absolutely SHOCKED. He said it was the first time in fifteen years that he had seen a roofing company actually come out and do warranty work. And they didn't just come out, they showed up PRONTO and fixed it all the same day.

  The people at McFall were very professional and on time. We knew exactly what to expect and the quality of the materials & installation were superior to other companies that we have seen. We love our new roof and would highly recommend their roofing company.

  McFall roofing was selected by my family to reroof both my 87 year old mother’s house but mine as well in the past 8 months. They are professional, show up as scheduled and completed the project/s in a timely manner. Excellent cleanup afterwards as well.

  I would give more stars if I was able to. I found out the hard way that my roof had not been done correctly by another roofer in 2009. McFall came to my rescue coming in under their quote. The workers were kind and respectful. Savannah did an excellent job of keeping me in the loop about things happening. Overall an A++ job. Thank you!

  It was a pleasure to work with Felipe today. He was fantastic - professional, efficient, and very helpful. I had a few edge shingles that needed to be replaced. Felipe called me back at noon, and now it's 4:35pm and my roof is repaired, and he did maintenance on the roof as well. He also gave me the extra shingles so now I have them in my garage in case I need them for repairs in the future. Thanks for working hard in this heat, Felipe! I absolutely would recommend McFall Roofing.

  Fantastic job of reroofing our house! We were between two shingles and Savannah gave us addresses of houses they completed with those two shingles. This really helped with the selection. The roofing team was superior and did the entire roof in a single day (over 3000 sq,ft.) . They left the yard cleaner than when they arrived.

  Extremely pleased with the entire experience with McFall. Mike did the initial roof inspection and gave us a straightforward and competitive quote. We went with them because most of our neighbors had used them and spoke very highly of them. Savannah did a great job scheduling and keeping us informed. They have new dump trailers and equipment and the crew was amazing. Very professional and worked quickly to finish our reroof in 2.5 days. They also kept our yard clean and did a great final sweep for nails, etc. Mike did the final walk down and quickly took care of a few punch list items. Very easy process and the new roof looks great!

  Mike and Savanna were so wonderful to work with, from scheduling to answering all my questions. The team that came out to replace the roof were professional and respectful of the landscaping, pavers, planters and deck to protect them from debris and damage. When the job was completed they did a thorough job of cleaning up. They completed the job quickly then followed up to make sure everything was done to my expectations. I would highly recommend McFalls for your next roofing project.

  The roof looks great. I would like to express my appreciation of the outstanding, professional and conscientious work done by your crew. Michael provided excellent customer service. He is very knowledgeable and was helpful with making shingle decisions. After a tropical storm that damaged my roof. Michael made arrangements to have it repaired within two hours.
