  Chad was excellent. He did roof work for my elderly mother and provided her with the best possible experience. He went out of his way to take care of her concerns, as well as some additional jobs that he found, and simply took care of rather than left alone. He listened to her concerns, did everything she asked, and did a beautiful job on her roof. Very kind and trustworthy, and an excellent business to patronize. I recommend Chad wholeheartedly.

  Looking for a local Roofing business go with Matterhorn!! Chad was the first person we called the day after the 14 March (2025) hail and wind storm (tornado, maybe), since we found multiple roof shingles scattered about our yard and other storm damage. Even though slammed with calls, he was at our home that Monday, 17 Mar, assessing our roof. Fast-forward to 18 April between insurance claim and calling as soon as we did his roofing team was at our home, oh and a 1-day weather delay. Expect they will be at your home early, so if it’s your day off don’t expect to sleep in. The roofing team was quiet (no excessive yelling or carrying on) and professional! All you heard was the constant drum and hum of the roofers doing their job, at one point one was hammering to shave and a hair cut, 2 bits. Between removing the old roof and completing the install took them about 12-hours, even clean up. The clean-up also worthy of noting, if something missed the tarps or fell into the landscaping they got it picked up! As for Chad, a contractor you can trust and dependable. Though being very busy he will respond to your questions especially if text message.

  Chad has helped us with two different roofing issues, and each time he has been great. Most recently, he helped us navigate the tricky insurance claims process to get a new roof. He helped us work directly with the insurance company, answered all of our questions timely and clearly, and he took time out of his day several times to stop by and make sure the process was on the right track. Our new roof looks great, and we're so thankful to Chad and Matterhorn for the work they do.

  Can't say enough good things about Matterhorn Exteriors! We noticed a couple leaks on our ceiling in November and started reaching out to roofers to get quotes. I interviewed 4 different companies, and it was the easiest decision to go with Matterhorn. Chad was the only one to listen to our concerns and take the time to actually try to find the probable source of the leaks. He walked us through the insurance process and answered all of our questions. He showed up in December when the insurance adjuster came and kept in communication as we waited until better weather in March to sign the contract and install the roof. His crew arrived early and worked through the day into the night to get it done before a big storm came through. He came back for a quality check after the storm and made sure everything was good. We noticed another ceiling leak a couple of weeks later and he came back out again and found the problem with a roof vent pipe in the attic from the kitchen sink had come loose so fixed that and took extra precautions to install storm guards around the roof vent pipes. The customer service has been excellent, and I will recommend this company to everyone.

  Chad and his team more then delivered on our roof replacement as well as his completing my project sooner then expected. The craftmanship and cleanup were second to none. I will not consider another contractor in this area for my roofing/exterior needs. Chad and his team more then earned my business.
