Called to get a quote on Feb 11th, got redirected to an obvious AI "help desk" where they collected all of my information and forwarded me to another company. That company needed to collect all of my information a second time, came out to my house on Feb 12th, gave me a verbal quote and never followed up again even after I called them and asked for the quote so we could get the work started. The gentleman that came to my house and looked at the roof said he completely forgot what he quoted me and he needed me to send pictures again (after he came over and took pictures himself) and to fully re-describe the job. Very poor customer service

I had a serious leak in my roof after a bad storm, and I contacted several companies for help. Most gave me the runaround or quoted high prices without listening to my concerns. Then I spoke to Andrew from Masters Roof Repair Tucson, who was polite and straightforward. He came by the next day to inspect the roof. I appreciated how he explained everything, from the shingles to the underlayment, and gave me a fair estimate. The team arrived quickly and started the repairs immediately. They even used high-quality materials like GAF shingles and made sure to secure the flashing properly. I was impressed with how they finished everything within two days. Mike also made sure to follow up with me to ensure I was satisfied. Good job guys (y)

Hired the team from Masters Roof Repair Tucson to replaced the roof on my home earlier this week. I worked with them and they made the process quick and easy from start to finish. The new roof looks great! I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and will continue to use them for any roofing issues.

Their website includes a variety of videos that explain the roof repair process in detail. One video that stood out to me was a step-by-step guide on how they repair leaks and replace damaged shingles. It was really helpful to see exactly how the work is done and what to expect. They also have videos featuring customer testimonials, which gave me more confidence in their services. I’ll be contacting them soon, but I need to wait until my current project wraps up before setting up an appointment.
