Very unprofessional company. I arrived home from work on Monday after a storm and found a leak in my kitchen coming from the roof. I called multiple roofing companies and this company said they could come out the next day at noon. They said …

I had a bad experience with another roofing company who shall remain nameless. So having Master Roofers do professional work, without making a giant mess, without postponing the job for months, without breaking a bunch of other things in the process, and without charging hundreds more than the quoted estimate? I was very satisfied with Master Roofera.

My chimney cap fell off and I needed my chimney tarped before the rain was predicted to start. I scheduled an appointment for today 4/28/2026 between 2 pm and 3 pm. The technician, Jacob Redding called at 10 am and said he was in the area and could be at my home in 30 minutes. I gladly agreed because the news reported a heavy storm warning and a possible tornado later in the afternoon. He came out assessed the job, went and got the appropriate tarp and did a wonderful job securely wrapping my chimney. He is very personable. Great job! I will definitely use this company again and ask for Jacob. Great guy! I will also refer people to Master Roofers of America.
