I got an advertising bot text saying they're Kate from MD Exteriors and it won't respond to me. What's the point in advertising if they won't even follow-up?

Horrible experience with this company. Storm chasers that go door to door looking for people to make an insurance claim. They were pushing for me to make a claim and would repair the damage they assessed . Once the insurance assessment came back for minor repairs and didn’t cover a full roof replacement, they essentially backed out. Suddenly, they “want to push for a whole new roof” and recommended I find a handyman—leaving me stuck with a claim on my record and no work done. Their response made their greed clear that they’re only interested in big-ticket jobs where they can profit from full replacements, not actually helping homeowners with their needs. It’s incredibly unprofessional to push a customer into making an insurance claim, only to abandon the job when it doesn't meet your profit expectations. Now I’m left dealing with the hassle and financial impact of a claim they pushed for, and still need to find someone else to do the work. Highly would not recommend

Two years ago, Maryland Premier Exteriors - Allan Garcia and his team did a great job helping us to deal with the insurance company to replace the roof with high quality shingles on our home and rental property after the hail damage. Last year, I was looking for contractors to replace the gutters, Allan once again offered me the best price and did the excellent job installed the gutter and Leaf Relief gutter guard. A true 5-stars company - high quality work and excellent customer service! I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Update 5/27/2026 - After 6 years, Maryland Premier Exteriors did it again for us! Our new contact Kevin Roberson helped us to get the approval from insurance company and replaced the entire roof on my townhouse. We are very pleased with the overall process and result. Thanks Kevin!

Maryland Premier Exteriors put new wrap and siding on my attached garage and new siding and roofing on my shed, and I'm very pleased with the results, they were fast and professional and the results look great. My point of contact was a gentleman named Kevin and he was very friendly and communicative through the whole process. I'd use this company again for other projects.
