There were noticeable flaws in the finishes, and I had to hire another contractor to fix their mistakes. I wouldn’t use their services again.

I had a really bad experience with Marvin Construction Services. Throughout the project, they frequently missed deadlines and communicated poorly, which left me feeling anxious and uncertain about when the job would be finished.

I have never been so disappointed in a company that was unprofessional, did a poor job and terminated the contract only 8 days before the deadline and replaced only 2 receptacles out of 22 and they left their job with illegal connections. Mr. Marvin a person without education and inappropriate language where my children were. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY

Marvin and his team did an amazing job!! I was so nervous over this project due to the size and visibility of my roof, my house is all roof! Their attention to detail, expertise and professionalism was outstanding. Marvin was extremely patient with me during the entire project planning stage while trying to make decisions regarding the skylights and roof placement of each, as well as the shingle color. He made sure that issues that were discovered during the shingle removal process were brought to my attention and immediately remedied. This is the first review that I have ever done but wanted to take the time to recognize their outstanding work and would highly recommend Marvin and his team. Marvin thank you so much! I am extremely pleased with my new roof, new skylights and gutters.

Everything is perfect and super clean. I very much recommend him. You will not be disappointed. This is the second time we are using Marvin. He put a new roof on one house and now repaired the roof on this house. He is honest and trustworthy. He is a pleasure to work with. His work is excellent quality and he uses the best materials. He and his workman do excellent work. I highly recommend him. He is punctual and reliable. A pleasure to do business with.

Marvin and his team did an excellent job! On time, on budget, meticulous workmanship. They did a gutter replacement with gutter guards, a 200 sq ft paver patio and installed a three side, 20' cable rail. Very happy!

We hired Marvin for a roofing job. He and his crew were here at 7:30 am and they did an excellent job! They were quiet, quick and efficient, cleaning up the whole space so you never knew they were here. Our roof, new down to the studs, looks great. I highly recommend them.
