  I used Four Seasons on two occasions to fix my roof after storm damage. There were no issues the first time, they showed up and did good work. The second time, they were fixing my roof and skylight. My original skylight was retractable and able to open and close. When they sent me the estimate it mentioned a skylight that does not open. I talked to the owner about it and he said not to worry they'd install the retractable skylight on the day of install. However, they did not. I'm in the Army and was away from home at the time so I wasn't able to be there for the install. When I called to resolve the issue, I got their voicemail and never recieved a call back. Until over a year later (about a month ago) they called me saying they're calling all their past customers to check for satisfaction, but really they were looking for more business. When I mentioned the issue, the woman couldn't seem to get me off the phone fast enough, saying that their owner would call me back as soon as possible to discuss. I never received a phone call, which is why I'm writing this review. They do pretty good work, but this communication and lack of accountability when a mistake is made does not meet the standard for what I'm looking for in a business

  So I used Four seasons some 15 years ago to install my roof. They were very professional then. Install the roof in one day and thorough on clean up. Quality ????. On July 9th of this year called saying I had a leak and told them I had my roof installed by them. They said they would look up paperwork and call back. on the 12th called again they still needed to find paper work and would get a call by the end of the day even though I offered to send it to them. On the 13th I called again and was told because of the weather (a lot of rain) they were all backed up and basically said don't call us we will call you. No call so on August 16th I called them and was told that I would get a call back by the end of the day to set something up by weeks end. I AN STILL WAITING. I can't comment on quality of work but I paid for a 30 year roof and do not know if the roof failed because of quality or other circumstances. I can comment of Service and communication. Both which is why I only gave 1 star.

  So unprofessional!! BUYER BEWARE! Didnt fix leak, took weeks to come back, crews working couldnt communicate issues, never return calls once THEY say job finished. Still had leaks, called different company to fix THIS COMPANYS ERROR! Refused to Come back after paid even tho still leaking bc gas prices too high! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

  I cant recommend these guys. They cut alot of corners and the work at the end was below average. Unfortunate because we played alot of money for the job. They used inferior product wherever they could to save themselves a few bucks. I could be really nasty in this review but I'm holding back.

  I had new roof installed which required a total removal of the old roof. What a pleasurable experience. So professional to work with. I’m a retired Home Improvement contractor and was amazed at how smooth the work was completed. At the end of the day it was like nothing happened all day long. What a pleasure. Total cost was $10,600

  We had a good experience with our repair by Four Seasons. The office was easy to work with . Antonio , the head of the three man crew , knew exactly what needed to be done and explained it to us very well.The whole crew was very professional and did good work .

  I could not be happier with the roof repair job they did for me. From start to finish they were professional, reliable, honest, and extremely easy to work with. They showed up when they said they would, explained everything clearly, and cleaned up perfectly when the job was done. You honestly can’t even tell where the repair was made! What impressed me most was their honesty. They could have easily tried to sell me a whole new roof, but instead they told me I didn’t need one and that a repair would solve the problem for a fraction of the cost. That alone gained my trust immediately. It’s hard to find companies with this level of integrity and workmanship today. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work done. Great company and great people!

  Amazing company, they were quick and efficient, cleaned up debris like they were never here. We LOVE the way the metal roof on our porch came out. Any concerns we had were listened to and fixed without any issues! Great overall experience.

  Four Seasons Roofing did an excellent and seamless job! They fixed the gutters outside and repointed the bricks outside which was damaging the wall inside my house. They repointed the bricks and completely fixed the inside wall with the exact same wood paneling we already had and exact same paint color. Looks like a brand new house! Also they have a very attentive and friendly customer service!
