The roof was the oldest part of our home, so we were not sure whether it had any real problems. Brady came out for a free roof inspection and found wind damage across many of the shingles. He clearly explained what was going on and helped us work through the insurance claim, which made the whole process much easier. After the insurance payment came through, the roofing job was scheduled within about two weeks. Brady was very flexible with timing and made himself available during late weekday evenings and even on a Sunday afternoon for the inspection, which was a big help for our schedule. The inspection was finished in about half a day since our roof is fairly simple, without steep slopes or a lot of valleys. The roof replacement itself went smoothly, and the crew did solid work. There was a small issue where a few plants near the house were affected during the project, but it was handled professionally and we were compensated for it right away. Overall, it was a very good experience. The communication was strong, the insurance support was valuable, and the new roofing system gives us much more peace of mind, especially with the wind and changing weather we get around Cincinnati.

i contacted about 8 roofing contractors around Cincinnati for a roof replacement and shingle quote. Martin Brothers Roofing & Construction got back to me the next day and had an estimate ready within a couple of days. We compared several bids, and this one gave us the best value with a better shingle option at a fair price. Danny brought samples, explained the roofing materials in simple terms, and showed us what would work best for our home. They arrived on time for appointments, stayed on schedule, and finished the roof exactly as quoted. The bid was accurate with no surprise costs, and the whole process was smooth from inspection to cleanup. Great customer service, strong follow up, and quality workmanship. They have also handled a friend’s roof, my parents’ roof, and my sister-in-law’s roof, so we felt confident hiring them. very happy with the finished roof. job well done. the whole crew was professional, helpful, and easy to work with.

I met with Danny from Martin Brothers Roofing & Construction to go over everything included in the roof replacement. He also recommended replacing the skylight so the whole roofing system would be updated together. When I heard the quote, I …

I want to share my sincere thanks to Martin Brothers Roofing & Construction for the excellent help and support throughout my roof claim process. Brady gave clear guidance from start to finish and made the insurance claim for my wind-damaged shingles much easier to understand. After a bad experience with another roofing contractor, this team stepped in with real knowledge, strong communication, and professional roofing expertise that helped move everything in the right direction. Danny and Jordan, along with the rest of the crew, worked hard to make sure every part of the roofing project was handled the right way. They stayed organized, answered questions quickly, and made sure the shingle replacement and claim details were managed smoothly and efficiently. Their attention to detail, honest service, and commitment to quality workmanship really stood out. The whole experience brought peace of mind and confidence that my roof was in good hands. It was a pleasure working with such a dependable and skilled roofing team, and I would gladly recommend their services to anyone in Cincinnati who needs help with storm damage, roof repairs, or an insurance claim.

Highly recommended! As others have said, the roofing crew was always on time, did exactly what they promised, and worked hard and efficiently the whole time they were on our property. They repaired and replaced exterior siding and trim on our 6-unit condo building in just 2 days. They also rebuilt a full exterior wall that needed new siding, insulation, rubber roofing, and gutter work in another day. On top of that, jordan and the team gave us fair quotes and stayed with their pricing even when additional issues showed up during the project. When the work was finished, jordan even offered to handle extra repairs on a nearby wall because he wanted the job done right and as thoroughly as possible. They really went above and beyond, and we will definitely call them again for future roofing and exterior projects in Cincinnati.

We’re very glad we chose this roofing and exterior team. I’m pretty selective and spoke with several roofers before picking a contractor, and it turned out to be a great choice with no regrets. I’m not in the roofing trade, but I know enough about construction to notice quality work. Everything Jordan quoted for our roof and exterior project was handled professionally, finished on schedule, kept within the agreed price, and done with a friendly attitude. The pricing was fair and competitive. The crew was excellent. Danny was the foreman, and the team worked very hard every day, even during some very warm weather. They didn’t cut corners and stayed focused on the small roofing and siding details that make the difference between an average job and a really solid one. We ran into a small issue with some older window trim and the vinyl lineals we selected, which added a little extra work. Jordan and Danny took care of it and made sure everything came together the right way. What could have been a problem was handled smoothly, and they made customer satisfaction a priority. They arrived on time each day, kept the job site respectful and organized, and were easy to talk to throughout the project. It truly felt like they treated our home like it was their own. We would absolutely recommend Jordan and Danny to anyone needing roofing, siding, or gutter work. The gutter portion included with the project was also done very well, and we received the warranty paperwork soon after the work was completed.

Excellent work from Martin Brothers Roofing & Construction. Jordan and Danny did a great job on my mother’s home in Cincinnati. After solar panels were put on the south-facing roof, a leak showed up because the original roof work around the panel mounts was not done right. I called several roofers, and Jordan was the only one who got back to me quickly. He took time to talk through the issue, explained that roof leaks around solar panel flashing and brackets can happen, and helped put my mind at ease. When he came out, he listened to my input, inspected the problem areas carefully, and found more than one concern, including loose mounting points, damaged shingles, and weak spots around the roof penetrations. He took photos during the repair so I would have clear documentation, which was very helpful. The crew sealed the roof, fixed the damaged shingles, and handled the repair the right way. After heavy rain, the roof stayed dry with no leaks at all. They were professional, easy to work with, and clearly knew roofing repair work. I am very happy with the results and would definitely use them again. I have already told a couple of neighbors about the quality roof service.

Absolutely a great experience with Martin Brothers Roofing & Construction. They were booked out, which made sense because the crew does solid roofing work and pays attention to the details. i am in love with our new roof and gutters. They finished the full roof replacement and gutter work in four days, and the whole process felt organized from start to finish. i asked one of the workers, danny, if they could check my driveway extra carefully to make sure there were no nails that could damage my tires. Later, at the end of his shift, he came back and slowly went over the driveway and parking area with a magnet for more than 35 minutes to make sure no roofing nails were left behind. he also checked the yard carefully, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. The cleanup was thorough, the workmanship looked great, and the new roof really improved the look of our home in Cincinnati. i have already recommended this roofing team to my co-workers. It was worth every penny i spent on my new roof.

Jordan and the crew did an excellent job replacing our roof and gutters after hail damage. From the beginning, Jordan clearly explained each step, helped us with the insurance process, and kept the roofing project on track and on schedule. He was also very easy to contact anytime we had questions. The new roof and gutter system turned out great. The installation was smooth, the workmanship was solid, and the finished result is a big upgrade from what we had before. The gutter crew even took care of a small section of loose siding at no extra cost, which really showed their attention to detail and customer care. We were very impressed with the quality of the roofing materials, the clean job site, and the overall professionalism of the team. It is not always easy to find a roofer in Cincinnati who communicates well, shows up when promised, and delivers such strong results, but this team did exactly that. We are very happy with the service and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair, roof replacement, gutters, or storm damage work.

jordan helped us with our roof after a bad hail storm in Cincinnati. he stayed on top of communication with us and the insurance company the whole time, which made the roofing claim and scheduling process much easier. he was always professional and easy to talk to, and the one time he showed up dirty was because he jumped in to help manually load shingles onto the roof to support the crew. this team was on fire, super focused, hardworking, and had a great attitude from start to finish. danny and the rest of the crew worked fast, kept the job site organized, and finished the roof replacement in less than a day. The workmanship looked great, the cleanup was solid, and the whole experience felt smooth and impressive. i really appreciate how well they handled everything and would highly recommend them for roofing work.

I hired a roofing contractor to improve my attic insulation and help with a hot roof issue in my story-and-a-half home in Cincinnati. I compared several bids, and the proposed roofing and ventilation solutions were very different. Jordan was my main contact, and he gave a fair estimate while clearly explaining which attic and roof upgrades were worth doing right away and which improvements made more sense when it was time for a full roof replacement. The attic insulation work was done efficiently and fixed most of the heat buildup problems around the roofline. There was still one trouble spot after the job, but Jordan followed up, checked the area, and got it resolved. That gave me confidence in their roofing service and customer care. Later, after storm damage led us to work through an insurance claim for a new roof and damaged aluminum siding, I chose them again because of their responsiveness, solid advice, and the good experience we already had. Jordan helped us understand the pros and cons of different roofing materials and repair options, and the team handled the project from start to finish in a smooth and professional way. Communication was excellent, including coordination with the insurance company, which made the process much easier. They also took care of a few extra items like gutter repair and some garage siding repairs that were outside the insurance scope, and those were priced separately and reasonably. The roofing work was clean, accurate, and fully completed, and the cleanup was prompt. Overall, the process was easy, the workmanship was strong, and I would gladly use them again for roofing, gutters, or related exterior work.

We were glad to work with Martin Brothers Roofing & Construction for our roofing project. Their estimate was very reasonable compared to others we received. In addition to a 40-year manufacturer's warranty on the shingles, they provided a lifetime warranty on their workmanship, which gave us extra peace of mind. Jordan took the time to explain everything about the project before they started, and Danny made sure all the work was done to a high standard. The roofing crew worked efficiently and had our entire roof replaced in just two days. We are extremely satisfied with our new roof and it looks fantastic!
